Lugn avkopplande Beach Retreat för familj och vänner

Vår 3BR 3 bad hem med skaka bältros på utsidan ger det att rustik / Cape Cod utseende men inuti det tar på en mer unik modern stil. Tri nivå trappor inne ställa rum isär. Den nedre våningen har ett stort vardagsrum med gott om sittplatser och en TV. Några steg upp finns ett fullt utrustat kök en matplats med plats för sex och ett sovrum med två sängar och bad. Matsalen har extra stolar tillgängliga.
På övervåningen finns ett loft med en TV och sektions, ett sovrum med full storlek britsar övre och nedre samt en tvilling rulla med eget bad. Mästaren har en king size säng med en TV och ett badrum. Det finns ett trevligt öppet däck med 2 chassitsstolar, ett bord med plats för 6 och en kolgrill. Den medföljande garaget området finns även att parkera cyklar och motorcyklar. Sanden gatan ut framför gör du vill gå barfota till stranden.

The house is perfect, such a great layout for a family. Love the hangout space upstairs. Such an easy walk to the beach. Great neighborhood. Our favorite - this was our second stay and we cant wait to visit again.

Great and meaningtstay

Close to the beach. Easy access to Palm Coast which was important as my wife and I were there to help clear out my parents house to prepare to sell it and then do my dad’s funeral. The house has comfortable sleeping, two living areas and was super close to the beach. It came furnished with a tent, shades, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Couple minor suggestions to make but overall we loved it and look forward to returning.

Family friendly beach house

Had lots of room for each couple to space out. Had lots of beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. Utility wagon was awesome! Washer and dryer were very handy, right by the door. 2 driveways were nice. The walk to the beach wasnt much more than the houses on the beach. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home close to beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It’s a truly short walk to the beach, we had everything we needed and more, and beach items and toys galore! Beds are comfy, and there is plenty of space to spread out or be together. We love this area for the beautiful, quiet beaches and close proximity to St. Augustine and Daytona.

Favorite Home Yet

This home was absolutely perfect for us. We've been vacationing in Palm Coast for several years now and always stay in this neighborhood. This was our first time in this home but it won't be our last. The layout of the home was fantastic. We loved the open main floor and the separate living space upstairs was ideal when our teenagers took over the tv at night. The property manager was wonderful in communication. The home was spotless, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue we would even be able to mention is that the property description said there was a kayak available for use - our 13 year old was excited about that - and there was not one available. Certainly not a deal breaker but we did look for it because it was mentioned. Palm Coast is our favorite vacation spot and this home is our favorite. Looking forward to staying again next summer!

Perfect Location

Was a quiet street with a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are excellent places to eat within 10 minute drives and the pier is 15 minutes away with a lot if things to see there as well.

Perfect House

Just got back from our stay at this house and have to say that the whole experience was perfect! The house had everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. Kitchen was very well stocked and even though there are quite a few stairs we did not mind. We brought chairs and an umbrella but they had extra which was appreciated as we had friends join us. The wagon made taking everything to the beach super easy. There are also lots of sand toys and beach towels if you need them. The location could not have been better - 5 houses from the ocean which was so nice as we have an autistic son who wanted to come and go several times a day to the beach. Also nice was the fact that it was not crowded and we could leave our chairs/umbrella set up throughout the day:). Neighbors were great and we did not mind the sandy roads and construction at all. Will definitely return!

Summer Beach Vacay

Very comfortable home, lots of different spaces for 3 boys to spread out in. Short walk to the beach. Home has a great wagon and beach toys for all ages. Well supplied kitchen. Only negative is dirt road with lots of construction going on.. new homes being built and road constantly being regraded. Not a big deal for me as my Jeep is used to dirt! Lol We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home, Steps to the beach

This beautiful home is located steps from the beach and was perfect for our family of five (including 2 kids -5 and 6- as well as a grandma). The home is perfectly situated for lazy beach days and has plenty of beach chairs, tons of sand toys, a beach umbrella, a few boogie boards and beach towels, so we definitely could have left ours at home (saving LOTS of room in the car!) The ocean can be seen from the upstairs bedrooms, with some visibility from the front deck. The deck has a nice patio dining set including an umbrella, 6 chairs and 2 lounge/sun chairs. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio each morning! There are several unique restaurants nearby (we tried Rodie's, Commodore's and JT's), as well as a Publix for quick grocery runs. There is a state park (Washingto Oaks) a few blocks away (visible from the upstairs bedrooms) that features a beautiful rose garden, river view, beach and nature paths. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and the linens were soft. There are a lot of stairs in this property, which were not a problem for our group, so if you have mobility concerns this would be the only drawback I can think of. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, knives, pots and pans, glasses, plates,mermaid coffee cups. There is a toaster and regular brew coffee maker. This property is an easy drive to St Augustine and surrounding communities. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the property!

Fall October Bikeweek 2021

Rental was easy. The instructions on how to get into the property was easy. Location was good if you don’t mind staying 30 miles from Daytona. The ride down 1A1 was great. Plenty of room to park the 8.5 x 20 ft enclosed trailer and full size dully truck without unhooking. The house was very clean and updated. Lots of stairs in the house. Master bedroom and bunk beds are upstairs. The two queens are on the entry level. Had plenty of room in the garage to park trike, street guide and road guide at night. A quite and friendly neighborhood. Only issue was the road coming in to the house was not paved. Hard packed sand, but still cause small amount of dust. We were not night owls, so usually we’re back at the house before midnight.

Amazing place

Amazing place a couple of feet away from beach. My parents and kids loved it, quiet neighborhood and very well kept beach. Beautiful house and the property manager Melanie answered my questions right away and was very helpful.

Beautiful house and location!

The place was very clean, cozy and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed as a family. My only issue was that there were no plates or bowls that could be used in the microwave. The cups, bowls and plates were all plastic, which is great for children. I would have like some of them that were glass, ceramic or porcelain like Corelli or Corning ware. That said, the place was amazing in every other way. Would definitely want to go go back there when we are in the area.

Nice house, quick walk to beach

Overall, we enjoyed this house. Kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have the loft space for a kid hang out area upstairs. Easy walk to a sparsely populated area of the beach. Vacuum cleaner did not work particularly well on the floors. Listing mentioned eight beds, but there were only six, which complicated sleeping arrangements and necessitated people sleeping on couches, which was not ideal.

Perfect Beach Spot

We loved being able to walk to the beach barefoot. The home is gorgeous and the neighborhood is quiet. We found plenty of fun things to do nearby. It was a perfect getaway for our family.

Excellent stay.

We quite enjoyed staying at this property. The house was well laid out and there was ample room for our group of 8. The house has a nice deck from which you can see a bit of the ocean. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk away and there are beach chairs and some sand toys in the garage under the house. The beach is very quiet (there are no amenities or concessions). The house is nearby a well stocked supermarket and there are numerous restaurants just a short car ride away. The house was also a nice base for making day trips to St Augustine, Daytona Beach, several beautiful springs and Amelia Island ( weg took the ferry). All in all we had a very enjoyable week!

Our first beach house stay

We wanted a place where we could spend the holidays with our grandchildren. It was very clean and great for our family. It was a short walk to the beach in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was well equipped with most everything that we needed to prepare meals and everything we needed to enjoy the beach. It would have been helpful to have a short list ahead of time with what they did have for our use such as beach towels, chairs, wagon, etc. There were many stairs and not handicap accessible . Which we thought from the pictures but someone else might not t realize that. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Birthday on the Beach

The beach house was a wonderful getaway with family and friends. The house decorations were impeccable. Melondie was great at responding to issues. Prior to arriving a storm came and knocked out the cable/WiFi. So, no TV and wifi. That made us talk even more. Such great memories were made and I will cherish them for my birthday even in the midst of a pandemic. This is an awesome beach house to stay at. It is totally worth every effort made to get there.
