Just steps from the gorgeous heated pool, this charming retreat in the heart of Palm Desert offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. - This home features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with a shower.
- The office doubles as an additional sleeping area, offering a desk, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed.

Kitchen:
- Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space for effortless meal preparation.

Guests have full access to the home outside of any located cabinets or closets.
Guests do have access to the swimming pools and hot tubs in the community.
Guests do not have access to any community amenities like golf, tennis, pickle ball, or fitness center.

1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming thereâs no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.
2. We do not allow pets of any kind.
3. NO GOLF OR TENNIS, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the golf course but it is private and only for members or guest playing alongside a member.
4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule itâs a $5,000 fine.
5. POOL & SPA: There are over 2 dozen pools and spa's in this community. The best one luckily is right across the street.
6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.
7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
8. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers.
9. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We canât allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when itâs over 100 degrees outside.
DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
