The Main House has a fully equipped kitchen, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen nook has seating for 4. The media room has comfortable seating and a TV, and the living room has a wet bar and gas fireplace.

The Guest House also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining seating for 8 at the kitchen bar, living room bar and table. It has a comfortable living area with seating and a TV.

The Main House has three of the Guest Suites. Suite 1 has a King bed, TV, desk and en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower. Suite 2 has a King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with shower. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite bath with shower. Powder bath and full laundry room.
