INTERIOR

The studio condo features an updated kitchen and an open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, living room, and sleeping area. The living room pull-out sofa is ideal for movie nights or watching your favorite sporting event. A community laundry is available for guest use. One parking space is assigned for guest use, and guest parking is available for one additional vehicle. The unit features a covered patio overlooking the clay tennis court.

EXTERIOR

Guests have full access to the three HOA pools and hot tubs located within the resort; however, there is no guest access to the figure-eight pool or social play on the club tennis courts. To play tennis & pickleball, you must contact Shadow Mountain Resort; fees to play apply. The Patio Fire Feature is decorative only.

Two blocks to El Paseo Shops & Dining, a mile walk to Ironwood Park, Hike to The Cross (1.7 miles), one mile to The Living Desert, 6 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 12 miles to Coachella Valley Fairgrounds (Music Festivals) 20 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A., and Disneyland.
