Enjoy the desert in your own private, comfortable condo! Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room to lounge with your guests. Gaze out of the sliding glass doors at the palm tree-lined golf course. The patio has seating to relax or dine under the desert stars.

The community features Pickleball, Golf, Tennis, a restaurant, and 20 community pools/spas!

Palm Desert is very central and close to hiking, parks, restaurants, and shops.

The beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated condo is located in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club, which is gated and offers a 24 hour attended guard gate. Enjoy stunning mountain views, an 18 hole championship golf course and pro shop, a clubhouse with fire pits, and a restaurant with a bar/lounge.

Palm Desert Resort offers other amazing amenities such as 20 heated swimming pools/spas to choose from, 28 Pickleball courts, Bocee ball courts, and 7 tennis courts. Our condo is one street away from the courts and very close walking distance! Roadrunner cafe is also located near the courts for a quick bite.

Note: Tennis, Pickleball, and Golf has a fee to play and must be paid by guests, if desired.

Our full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator and freezer (fridge/freezer also make water and ice) The kitchen table seats six and we have an outdoor patio table and chairs to enjoy lounging or dinner under the desert stars.

There is a dedicated workspace (desk and chair) in the master bedroom for remote working.

The condo has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

We are located only 11 miles away from Coachella Fest and Stagecoach!

RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE POOLS AND SPAS IN THE COMMUNITY. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOLS AND SPAS UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOLS OR SPAS USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
