The space
Offering a private salt water pool, hot tub, outdoor living areas, all with an upscale attitude. Every space is designed to make you feel out of the ordinary; you can dine under the stars, do yoga, get a massage, listen to great music, dance or watch your favorite shows. Ceiling fans throughout, new AC. Beautiful cabintry and unique granite countertops throughout.

Master: features a king-size bed, 65 inch Smart TCL TV with Sonos sound that is equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime and windows that face the golf course and mountain views. The en-suite master bathroom has a double vanity, dual walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen-size bed and a large mirrored closet with an en-suite bathroom and open shower. Mountain views. TV with Firestick access to Netflix and Amazon.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, wine chiller, pantry cabinet and refrigerator with ice choices and filtered water. Built in dining table seats 6 plus guests. Great for cooking together, playing games, and lively conversation.

Laundry: adjacent to guest bath

Living Room: large sofa with integrated ottoman and two high backed chairs. 75 inch Smart LG TV is equipped with Sonos sound, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Cable is available upon request. Sliding glass doors lead to the private pool, hot tub and patio. Desk area can also face the view.

Lounge: 4 swivel chairs surrounding a cocktail table with eclectic lighting and views of the mountains and lighted cross at night.

Outdoor Area: features a private salt water pool and hot tub with automated color-changing LED lights. There's lot of comfortable patio furniture with umbrellas for full enjoyment of the tremendous views.

Other things to note - Has Solar and Electric car charger. Pool can be heated with extra gas fee collected at booking.

HOUSE DOES HAVE SOLAR AND ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER - For heating pool, Guests will be presented actual utility bills and amounts will be deducted from $400 community fee collected at booking. For summer months, AC will be required 24/7 due to desert temperatures.
