The Dining Table accommodates 4, plus there are 2 bar stools at the Breakfast Bar. If you are in need some inside relaxing, there is an assortment of cards and table games, just waiting to be played.

The Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare a healthy breakfast (juicer, egg poacher, Nutribullet, electric skillet) or a dinner off the gas BBQ. Well equipped with refrigerator with filtered water|ice maker, electric stove|oven, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. There is also kitchen essentials; oil, salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap, paper towels and dish soap.
There is a Keurig, as well as a traditional coffee maker and grinder. There’s a starter kit of coffee pods, but feel free to bring your favorite grinds!

Peach Guest Room Suite #1 has shutters that open to the beautiful golf course view, with a King size bed with Posturepedic Plus mattress, 55" TV and ceiling fan, for a restful stay. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities and a step-in spa-like shower|tub combo. Starter kit of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and bath wash, as well, make-up remover wipes, are provided. Ample supply of towels, hand towels, wash cloths, make-up wash cloths, pool towels and a hair dryer are located in each bathroom. Guest Room #1 has a closet in the Guest Room, as well as a double closet in the en-suite Bathroom.

Green Guest Room Suite #2 has shutters that open to the Courtyard view, with a King size bed with Posturepedic Plus mattress, 55" TV and ceiling fan, for a restful stay. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower, and access to the hallway. Starter kit of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and bath wash, as well, make-up remover wipes, are provided. Ample supply of towels, hand towels, wash cloths, make-up wash cloths, pool towels and a hair dryer are located in each bathroom. Guest Room #2 has a closet in the Guest Room and a Workspace Nook, complete with small desk, dual monitors, wireless keyboard, mouse and a printer.

The Patio is the perfect place to relax and reflect. With the East facing covered patio overlooking the panoramic 2nd fairway, mornings are best enjoyed with the warm sun and a cup of coffee, while watching the golfers start their round of golf. The evenings are for watching the ducks, heron and geese enjoy the water features, as they make their way across the grass to their favorite neighborhood bath. There are 4 cushioned chairs and a loveseat around the fire table, as well as a dining table and 4 chairs.

The private Courtyard, with access to the kitchen is the perfect place to have meals outside! With the four-burner gas BBQ it features a dining table for 6 and sun umbrella, in case you are in need of a little shade.

The condo features an in-house front load washer|dryer, with starter kit laundry pods, iron|ironing board, vacuum, broom, leaf blower, and driveway parking for two cars.

PVCC AMENITIES ACCESS: Palm Valley Country Club is an resort style, private country club. Guest access to the club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner.
