Strandhotell i Palm Jumeirah

"The room was space IOU’s and nice but wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Not sure if on purpose or just unprofessional. Tried charging for items in mini bar that was made up. Had a guest come over and called reception told me to come down to settle my bill in front of my guest, which turned out was totally fake. At least 500 Durham was added for things I hadn’t even seen. Upon check out had di explain myself? Not very professional. The tv stopped working in the room. They didn’t have my room ready got another room; when I wanted the room I had booked they started asking questions and so on. Hassle."

"Amazing location and great facilities for family with kids. Excellent food in most restaurants and great staff. We had halfboard and only comment is that most restaurants had added costs even though we had halfboard"

"Rummet var bra. En konstig lukt, som att det varit rökrum en gång för länge sen. Sen låg det smulor på ett av borden vilket inte är ok. Men vi blev uppgraderade till rum med havsutsikt så det får överväga det negativa. "
