Ökenliv med utsikt

  • Vår tillflyktsort ligger i den skyddade gated community av Palm Valley Country Club. Det finns två golfbanor, båda designade av Ted Robinson. Det finns en tennisanläggning och ett komplett spa. Vi har en Pro Shop, bar, lounge och restaurang. Vi är några minuter från Indian Wells Tennis Garden, förutom många restauranger och underhållning.
    Vårt stadshem är en enkel 2 våningar, 2 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum med vacker utsikt bortom golfbanan, vetter mot San Jacinto-bergen. Du kan höra fontänerna från vår uteplats och från master sviten, som är möblerad med en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar och eget badrum. Vårt kök är fullt lager och det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i tvättstugan. Poolen och jacuzzin ligger bara några steg bort. Vi har ett slutet garage för ditt fordon. Trådlöst internet tillhandahålls.
    11% transittbeläggningsskatt kommer inte att gälla vid vistelser 30 dagar eller högre.

The pool and jacuzzi were great- very close. The view was also very nice. There is some noise from both the train and the freeway.There is also some deferred maintenance (master bathroom sink was not usable on one side).

The condo was exactly as described. Early mornings, sitting on the patio enjoying coffee and watching the variety of birds, then the variety of golfers, was awesome. Two pools were close and quiet. Parking in garage, out of the sun, was another great feature. We would definitely chose this property again!

Scrapbook Weekend

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights scrapbooking almost every waking hour. The property was in a wonderful location that gave us nice views while we sat and did our craft. It was clean and comfortable. Our husbands came up Saturday to golf and enjoyed the hot tub. Loved our stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful experience renting this townhome in beautiful Palm Valley CC. The kitchen is well- equipped, the views are exceptional, and the activities provided (sports raquets, bikes and games) were an added plus!!

Scherman’s at Palm Valley

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The patio view of golf was a delight each day. The location to other Palm Desert places was also easy to manage. Kelly, the owner was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We would come back in a heartbeat!! Thanks!!

Lovely views

We completely enjoyed our stay. You could not get a more well equipped unit or a nicer view. As many have mentioned, the trains are a thing but they only last 90 seconds. If you are light sleeper I would bring silicone ear plugs and you won't hear a thing!

Fine place for family!

Our grown children enjoyed their stay at Kelly's place. The only issue was the noise from the passing trains across the street. Other than that, Kelly was very attentive when the bathroom sink was leaking, offering to have a plumber come out right away. Thanks, Kelly!

Great home base for friends trip

The description and photos represent the property, and it was a comfortable spot for the four of us. Even though we didn’t get a chance to watch any movies, we loved that there were vhs tapes (so many movies from our childhood!) and a vcr. The owner Kelly was really responsive and helpful, which helped to make the trip stress free. Each room was comfortable and had plenty of space for two adults and their stuff.

Great property with a beautiful view

My family and I stayed at the property for spring break and were very impressed. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the pool being so close and the bikes. The view from the patio is spectacular and it was fun to watch the golfers chip onto the green. The host was also very responsive. My only complaint was the noise level. There are numerous freight trains that run by the front of the house and the golf course groundskeepers start mowing and trimming at 6am every morning.

Gorgeous View

This is the most well stocked condo that we have rented. Everything, from three different kinds of coffee makers, was there. The view from the patio is wonderful - it sits on the golf course with a lake in front of the patio - perfect setting. The condo is well stocked with things like bicycles and pool toys. Communication with the host went great - a couple of small questions came up, not condo related, and Kelly was right on top of it to get it resolved. Bottom line - a great condo and great service!

Beautiful Country Club but too close to the train tracks.

The landscaping and the facilities of the Country Club are beautiful. There are two golf courses, but both are for members only. The unit we occupied was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the owner provided everything we needed. Some of the decorating is a bit dated and the kitchen and bathrooms need remodeling to bring the unit up to five stars. Our biggest concern was the loud noise from the trains that travel frequently day and night very close by the unit.

fun in the sun

Condo is in a great location, central to golf, resraurants. We do however have three issues. one is proximity to train, you can hear it through the night. Second we like having something open at night, you can hear the water fountain all night. Third several pieces of furniture have boards in them, not very comfortable. Beds comfortable, everything provided as far as towels, kitchenware.

This place was very nice. Kelly was extremely communicative, the place had everything we needed (don’t forget your k-cups and creamer), parking was good for two cars if needed. I would definitely come back.
