I cannot say enough great things about my recent stay at the AC Hotel Pasadena, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding customer service provided by Roman. From the moment I arrived, Roman went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made all the difference — if I could give 10 stars out of 10 for customer service, I absolutely would!
The room itself was breathtaking — hands down the most beautiful hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was modern, calming, and luxurious.
Cleanliness was clearly a top priority as well. The room was spotless, fresh, and impeccably maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.
