Terrible staff and cleanliness issues
Staying at this hotel was a bucket list thing for me which saddens me even more because we really didn’t enjoy our stay. First of all we paid extra for a pool view but got a room looking straight into our neighbors room. The front desk staff were all really bad at their job. Not helpful, rude and made us feel so incredibly unwelcome. After a while we got a new room which we discovered had toenail clippings on the balcony and it full of intimate hairs in the bathroom. We called for a extra clean 2 times but never got it. On Saturday there was apparently a party (that we were never informed about) by the pool so they removed all sunbeds so we couldn’t even use the pool despite being charged the resort fee for it. I’m usually not one to complain but this was a terrible stay. They definitely don’t appreciate your business so do yourself a favor and choose another hotel.

Room was fine, parking fine, and restaurant was good too. However, the room above us was party central all night, both nights! We didn’t get much sleep.

I did not like the cleanliness & I did not like the fact that the hotel charged me 449$ for deposit fee, without notifying me. I still have not gotten my deposit back…

Such a cute hotel, it was perfect for my 13 year old daughter and I. Next time I would definitely try to book a room with a pool view though!

Really fun place. Great vibes. Cool people. Loved the pool, the hammocks, the ping pong in the lobby, the beautiful landscaping. Friendly staff. The cantina was cool. All great. HOWEVER. The hallways and rooms are truly gross. Smells like an old YMCA. Our curtains actually had dried blood on them. Our room was like an ancient Best Western someone painted over in purple and pink. Not updated at all, and more importantly, dirty. You don’t even want to go barefoot in your room, it’s bad. Fun place to meet people. Not clean.

While the room was ok, we couldn’t obtain a second floor room, and therefore couldn’t sleep with the window open. Also, the resort fee seems excessive to us.

Enjoyed this property; they upgraded my room upon check-in and the room was clean. There were pool parties daily and the front desk said they would be loud as a warning. However, I never noticed anything overly loud and enjoyed the pool view. My only negative is that there are no food/beverage options available after the restaurant closes. We wanted to pick up a Diet Coke for the room on the way back from being out and that wasn’t possible. The hotel would benefit from selling concessions etc from the desk. Overall, everything was great.

While we do have minbars in the rooms, we understand that a concession section in the lobby may be more convenient for our guests. The property is very old and dated. The walls were dirty. I was very disappointed for the price that I was charged. If I could have left without a penalty, I would have.
