âWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with two little ones. We opted for a suite, which was great for a family as it had a separate bedroom and living room area. Good amenities, clean, great welcome by the staff. The staff was great all around, always happy to help! Pool was perfect for warm days. The hotel is undergoing construction at the moment, but it didnât really affect us. Would love to return when itâs done to see the change!â

âThe hotel is so cute and cozy and clean. I love how welcoming the ladies were and they are very communicative. Itâs made everything so smooth and fun. My room is so cute. I would love to come back to this hotel for my second time in Palm Springs! â
âThis place is a hidden gem. Off the main drag, but walking distance to everywhere. Small but Fantastic grounds. The Einstein room was perfect. The Willows is on the upper end of the hotel price, but it is so worth it. When you figure in the included wine and hors d'oeuvres and then the included delicious breakfast, then your actual room cost isn't so high. Place is romantic for couples and probably not the best for kids (they would be bored). Room was well appointed and there are some welcome...

âFantastiskt mysigt hotell med vackra bungalows, vi bodde i nummer 14 som hade en egen jacuzzi. Hotellet har en jĂ€ttefin pool, spa och en restaurang. Varje morgon fick man en enkel frukostkorg som vi Ă„t i solen pĂ„ vĂ„r terass. Vi Ă€lskade La Serena Villas och kommer definitivt Ă„tervĂ€nda.â
âI have no complaints , the staff were all friendly. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the price was great! The pool was awesome with a mixture of family and young singles. I felt safe with my own code to use to enter my room, the gym, the pool, the entire hotel. I will definitely be looking to return.â

"We visited the hotel with two young children and had a room with two queen beds. The room was recently updated and looked very nice. Products in the bathroom were great, spacious room, huge plus for a large fridge, coffee maker and ice machine. The pool was heated and large, we had lots of fun! All staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! Location wise you just canât beat it, especially at this price. We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable and convenient with kids!"
