Nice chalet located in Can Pastilla, a district situated on the coast belonging to the municipality of Palma, where you will find, in addition to the best summer atmosphere, a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars, and an infinity of water activities.

In addition, it is just 10/15 minutes from the centre of Palma and the airport by car.



It has a large and perfectly equipped terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool surrounded by grass where you can cool off and spend pleasant moments with family.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a cosy living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and television, four bedrooms (one of them with a terrace) with capacity for 8 people and three bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub and a toilet).

-If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, a 30% advance payment will be requested. Nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
