âStaying at the Golden Pineapple villas was the highlight of our trip. Perfect location with walking distance to the waterfall. The drive there is a little steep at times, so just make sure to have a four wheel drive car to get there. The staff were all very friendly, had such great recommendations for getting around and navigating tourist areas of Costa Rica. âWhen we arrived Mauricio greeted us, helped us check in, and also upgraded our room to the second level for free. The room is super big and clean. Thereâs a balcony and from it you can see/hear monkeys, macaws, parrots, iguanas, and so many more animals. We were also able to get reservations to Corcovado National Park through the person at the reception desk. âThe owner was extremely helpful and available. She recommended great places to visit and excellent restaurants to try. The room was clean and comfortable, and thereâs a lovely balcony overlooking a tree full of parrots ! Pretty central, 20 min walk from the beach and most restaurants, 10min walk from the bus station. Pretty easy to go aroundâ
