This welcoming and spacious two-storey house, decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect retreat to relax with family and explore the region.

Ideal for families, the ground floor features a large and bright open-plan living and dining area. The living room is equipped with a large L-shaped sofa and TV, the perfect space to relax and enjoy quality time together. On this ground floor, you will also find a service bathroom and a serene bedroom with a double bed, desk and the convenience of a full en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a microwave, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine to help you in your day-to-day life.

Access to the outdoor patio is conveniently through the living room, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, organise al fresco meals and benefit from natural light throughout the day. From your private terrace, you have direct access to the spacious lawn garden and the inviting shared condominium pool.

On the 1st floor are the remaining two bedrooms, harmoniously decorated and equipped with wardrobes for your belongings. The master bedroom is very bright, offers a double bed and access to a balcony overlooking the gardens. On this upper floor there is also a full bathroom serving the bedrooms.

The property has stairs to the upper floor and may therefore not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms are fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

The neighbourhood atmosphere is relaxing, safe and sophisticated, ideal for those looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Surrounded by an idyllic landscape of cork oak trees, small lakes and a prestigious 18-hole golf course, it is the perfect retreat for morning walks, outdoor sports or simply relaxing on your balcony to the sound of birdsong.

Despite this contagious peace, the picturesque Historic Centre of Palmela is just a short scenic drive away. There, you can wander through charming cobblestone streets and explore the imposing Palmela Castle, a monumental fortress offering breathtaking panoramic views over the peninsula. As this is a wine-excellence region, the local culture also invites visits to the prestigious wineries and the unmissable tasting of the famous Moscatel wine.

As a strategic base, the location is unbeatable for discovering nearby tourist gems. It is just minutes from the vibrant city of Setúbal, famous for its rich gastronomy (such as the famous fried cuttlefish), the lively Livramento Market and boat trips on the Sado River to watch dolphins. Right next door lies the stunning Arrábida Natural Park, with its lush mountains plunging into crystal-clear beaches (such as Galapinhos Beach). If you fancy a more cosmopolitan day, direct motorway access puts Lisbon's historic centre just around 40 minutes away.

The property is located in Palmela, a quiet town on the Setúbal Peninsula, with good transport links.

The nearest airport is Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport, approximately 45 minutes by car via A2/IC21, making it the most practical option for arrivals and departures. Taxis and ride-sharing services such as Uber are available for the airport-to-property journey.

Palmela train station is a short drive away, with connections to the Fertagus rail network, providing access to Setúbal and Greater Lisbon.

By bus, Carris Metropolitana operates regular services between Palmela and the main urban centres in the region. To explore the Setúbal Peninsula and surroundings, we recommend using your own vehicle, which offers greater freedom and convenience.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
