The hotel being unable to verify that payments have been made through Hotels.com (a payment receipt downloaded from our Hotels.com account had to be manually emailed to them) – and 3 different staff had to be reminded of this email during the stay. 2. “The amenities, the staff and the general manager Rita Njokede made our stay memorable and pleasant. We initially had a room with a nice view of ibadan but there was some noise from the street and we were kindly upgraded to the presidential suite on a different floor without any complaints from us. My husband and I will highly recommend and be back soon.”
