On this same floor there is also a large multipurpose room designed as a play and recreation area for children and families, a versatile space to relax or disconnect.



The house has a private entrance and it is easy to park right in front of the property. It is located on a quiet street, without noise, perfect for disconnecting, but with the great advantage of being just a few steps away from the beach and everything you might need during your vacation.
