Hotell med pool i Pamban Island

“Very good experience”

“This property has a lot of issues like there is no Internet working and when I asked the front desk person, she said the whole town has a Internet issue, which is not true. Also, there is the lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty and locker was not working when I checked in means someone is not make sure before they handed the Room key and the Hot water was coming out in the morning was so low, few times even stopped while I was taking shower. All these matters I informed to front desk person...

“The food was very good. James was very helpful”

“Nice clean lobby, room, and bathroom. King size bed nicely made. Fresh towels clean. Floors and walls shiny and clean. Coffee/ tea machine in room good quality. Even provided tooth brush and toothpaste. Hotel location in interior road, approach to the hotel not clean. Shower / bathing area not separated from toilet, making the entire bathroom wet after showering — this is common problem in India. Indians need to recognize that bathrooms should be kept dry”

“The atmosphere and room was not ideal for our requirements, and the lack of accessible parking made the experience difficult.”

“I don’t like they are selling room for single adults. I was book for 2 adults but unfortunately my partner didn’t come they force me to have to have 2 people in room . So they need to mention on hotel listings. At least someone know they can’t book for one person. Also they are giving only one room key while we are staying 2 adults in room. They said each room has only one key . It’s difficult for me to go out and come back.”

“First of all it was not a 4Star hotel as stated on their logo, even it’s not equal to 3Star also, accept Breakfast nothing was good, please don’t recommend this hotel for those who are looking for 4Star facilities, Expedia has to take responsibility for such things, it’s very very unsatisfactory ”

“All the hotel employees are kind and respectful”

“A run down hotel, AC doesnt work, they changed room 3 times, still had to sleep with out AC working. Staff are very manipulative and keep saying you have to wait 30 mins to AC to cool the room. Have never heard of a hotel room that takes 30 mins to get cool. Walls are damp, paint peeled walls. Stinky wash rooms. This hotel is not worth the price at all.”

“Considering the price we pay Vs quality and cleanliness is not at all worth considering. Regarding BREAKFAST... that is also outsourced by the hotel which I experiences for the first time in my life ... and quality not worth commenting :( ”

“There was foul smell in room. Rest all was good”

“Yes”

“- Was missing basic clean towels and sheets. + Staff was very helpful”
