The room was okay. There were stains on the sheets and towels. The paper towel roll was near empty and there was cold air coming from below the heating/ac unit.
Tha staff were friendly. I didn't ask for another room because I was already told that there wasn't anything else available before seeing the rooms.So, I can't say anything more about the staff other than they were very friendly.
I'd also like to comment on the condition of the walkways. While I understand that the recent weather may have been out of the ordinary, it felt rather dangerous trying to navigate around. Because of all the ice and snow, parking was pretty non-existent. We found a spot at the back, but trying to use the stairs to get in at the back entrance was dangerous. So again, I understand the unpreparedness but being an establishment such as a hotel, I expected a little more.
