Newly completed construction, this home sits nestled among mature oaks and long leaf pines along a freshwater canal. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, and has a bike path in front. See ospreys, woodpeckers, white squirrels, and foxes from the full length back porch or canal-side deck. The open floor plan is great for having guests join you on the large kitchen island or relaxing on the two full size couches. The dining table expands to accommodate your entire family.
If it’s raining outside, have fun with the included board games for adults and kids, puzzles, or enjoy a movie on the 58” TV with access to online streaming services.
The contemporary master suite features a built-in armoire, and through the barn door you'll find double sinks and a roomy walk-in shower.
Upstairs features two bedrooms joined by a jack-and-jill bathroom with full tub and double pedestal sinks. One bedroom has a queen bed with custom headboard, with a view of the gulf. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a view of the pine forest and canal.
In the closets you’ll find folding luggage racks, iron and ironing board, and a baby gate.
There is a gravel RV pad beside the house, with 50 amp electrical service, water, and septic hookup available.
The fully-stocked kitchen includes a combo Keurig pod/coffee pot, air fryer, large blender, pots, pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, and serving platter.
Enjoy the beach with the included beach cart, 4 folding chairs, sand toys, boogie board, and beach umbrella. After your fun in the sun, enjoy the outdoor enclosed shower.

We have one motion-activated camera on the front porch, and one facing the bottom entrance/parking area. These will remain powered on during your stay.
