“Dålig service och mat med ojämn kvalitet i cafeet, det enda på hotellet förutom restaurangen. Nästan ingen personal pratade engelska, utan bara spanska.
Positivt var rummet, skön säng och fint badrum, fin pool och trevlig personal i poolen och pool baren.”
“Looks like a very nice hotel from the pictures. But very dated and the standard of the room felt like something 30 years old. Closest hotel to the airport wich explains the high price. Not impressed with food/service in the restaurant either.

“Lousy service and noisy room, loud air conditioning and bad isolation, you hear people walking (not to talk about screaming and shouting) in the corridors all night.
Personal at the lobby was careless, talking to each other all the time, would not mind about the guests.

“This hotel is just by the shopping mall, and very close to Panama City Airport. We stayed one night only, flying forward to Bocas. We were greeted and treated as we are old time regulars. Everyone was polite and helpful. Staying at 8th floor, we had close access to the roof top pool. Price/performace, excellent.”
“Large hotel, but very comfortable. Right by the entrance to the canal. Nice staff. Excellent location if you do not want to stay right in the city centre. Taxi to the city should be around $ 7. However, I had to ask specifically for a receit when checking out - and was not given correct change...”
