Rent from me in PCB 1 Bed 1 Bath Condo in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort

Our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. It is centrally located in Panama City Beach. Many restaurants and shopping choices are less than 5 miles away in all directions. Many are just a mile or less, well within walking distance. It is a short 7-minute stroll across the complex to the beach.
The space
We provide a neat, clean, comfortable atmosphere in our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo for you to relax and enjoy your time in Panama City Beach. Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen for those guests that would rather eat in than dine out. Recent appliances include a flat top range. A top freezer refrigerator with a built-in ice maker. We even have a crock pot, and of course a 12-cup coffee maker. We have in room private WI-FI for those guests that like to stay connected while on vacation. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the hall closet area for your laundry convenience. A comfortable King bed awaits in the bedroom with a wall mounted tv with Roku for private relaxation. The living room area features a wall mounted tv with Roku as well as a Queen sleeper sofa. There is also a twin-size bed area in the living room perfect for a younger guest. A bar area with LED lighting and a charging station outlet makes a perfect spot to sit and check your email or relax with your morning coffee. There is an outside balcony with chairs if you are an early bird that enjoys catching the sunrise, or just likes to sit outside with a drink.
Guest access
You will have full use of our 1 bed 1 bath condo with a furnished kitchen as well as all grounds within the complex including all 11 pools, 5 tennis courts, the 18-hole mini golf course and other areas including the small exercise room. And of course, gated access to the clubhouse pool on the beach and the beach itself. That beachside pool and the beach itself is a short 7-minute walk across the complex. We have private password protected WIFI in the room for the guests that want to get a little work done or just stay connected.
Other things to note.
Gulf Highlands is a gated community. You will use a provided gate code to enter and exit all gates. A provided parking pass MUST be displayed at all times while parked inside the complex. Parking for the condo is located at either end of the building. Do NOT Park across from the building at the townhome parking spaces, those are individually owned, and you may be towed. We are not responsible for any towing fees brought on by improper parking by the guest. We are not responsible for guests lost personal items during their stay.
