Edgewater Golf Villa 707 is a spacious two-story condo located within the highly desirable Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort in Panama City Beach. Designed for comfort and convenience, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa sleeps up to 8 guests and offers access to both a private beach and an impressive lineup of resort amenities.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and open living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and peaceful views of the surrounding resort grounds. The dining area offers seating for seven, making it easy to enjoy meals together or gather for game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a Keurig, a standard coffee maker, and everything you need for home-style cooking. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience during your stay.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind, offering two queen beds and two roll-out twin beds, along with its own private bathroom and balcony access.
