This stunning two story townhome is equipped with flat screen televisions, stainless steel appliances, 6-seater golf cart, 2 bikes, and beach chairs for the whole family! This location is perfect for those looking to relax but still enjoy their vacation to the fullest.
When you're ready for someone else to cook a meal for you, to listen to live music, or to do a little shopping; just walk across the street to The Big Chill, which is the newest location for fun along 30A. The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period
