High Pointe enhet 315 är en vacker 3 sovrum, 3 badrum Gulf View Condo på High Pointe Resort med en utmärkt utsikt över lagunen stil resort pool!

Det stora sovrummet med en king size-säng, platt-tv, privat master badrum med en underbar remodeled dusch och dubbla fåfänglighet har egen tillgång till en stor balkong med pool och utsikt över gulfen.

Ett andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng med platt-TV, en stor garderob, fullt privat badrum med dusch / badkar combo och enda fåfänga handfat, och en egen liten balkong. Det tredje sovrummet till vänster har två queen sängar med en platt-tv och stor garderob, ett badrum och dusch / badkar combo med enda fåfänga.

De nyligen renoverade öppna ytor flyter samman med gott om sittplatser som är perfekt för att samla och njuta av tiden med familjen efter en lång dag njuter av världens vackraste stränder. K��ket har totalrenoverats och har alla nya rostfria vitvaror. Vardagsrummet är bekvämt och har en stor plattskärms-TV samt direkt tillgång till den stora balkongen med utsikt över poolen och viken. Enheten har också komplementär Wi-Fi, kabel och en full tvättmaskin och torktumlare. 

Detta är en extremt ren rökfri enhet med fantastiska möbler, av vilka många är helt nya. Barn och vuxna kommer att älska den enkla tillgången till stranden, tiki bar och grill, ny lekplats, tennisbanor och 6 500 kvadratmeter pool med vattenfall och frodig landskapsarkitektur. 

Crabby Steve ocean front bar och grill är rätt på fastigheten och är den enda sanna Gulf Front matupplevelse på alla 30A. Fabulous middag specialerbjudanden och alltid en rolig plats att varva ner.

This is the 2nd time we stayed with your condo. Things went well with the exception of getting the chairs for the beach. I asked about this twice but did not get the chairs. We thought the chairs were chairs that were in your condo. (One chair and one umbrella were in the condo) One of my friends figured out that the 30A chairs were included in our stay and were set up for us.

We absolutely loved staying for a week in HP315 at High Pointe Resort. The condo was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the pool and beach. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful week at the beach!

Girls Trip

Property is in a great location from Rosemary beach stores/restaurants and has beach access. The check in and out times are not great, check in at 4pm and check out at 9am, it was kind of hard when we arrived at 12pm but we made it work. The white living room chair was kind of dirty/worn. There was 5 of us and everyone had enough space and the beds were comfortable.

Terrible hot water situation

The location was amazing - the condo was clean and nice/ the host communicated- I really hate to be negative but I feel honesty is the reason for a review!! The hot water situation was very frustrating- the condo is designed for 8 people- we only had 3 adults and 2 small children- yet we had to be very strategic about taking showers- maintenance could not really find anything wrong- he adjusted the temperature and said the next step would be a plumber- since both elements were working- he felt the plumber would not do anything either!!! It is a 38 gallon hot water tank/ I feel that is really the problem- we gave up attempting a bath- we would stay at high point again but unfortunately I have to say we would not stay in this particular condo again!!! It’s too much money to not be able to shower based on convenience!!!! And cold showers are no fun!!!

Perfect for us

Can't beat the location. We didn't drive our care once the whole time we were there. Our 4 and 2 year old loved the pool. Having restaurant and beach right there was also incredible. Security was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Family Trip

Our family of four had an amazing trip. This location is perfectly situated between the beach and amenities. Great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are all walking distance from here. It’s nice having the pool and the beach so close to one another. We literally have no complaints about this stay. We would absolutely rebook this same unit again.

Great place in a great location!

Property was perfect for our family of 5 for the week; weather was unseasonably cool so didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked great. Place had everything we needed was very well kept/updated and comfortable for the week. In a great location Walkable to shopping, restaurants, etc. and communication to property manager was great with easy check in/out instructions.

Couldn’t Have Been Happier!

Great property and great location! The kitchen was filled with more pots, pans and dishes than the 6 of us could ever use, and the layout of the kitchen made it easy for several of us to be in there at once. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains ensured a great night’s sleep! Plenty of space for the 6 of us to sit in the living room AND on the balcony. The location was just steps from the swimming pool and it was less than a 5 minute walk from the condo’s front door to the chairs that were set up for us in the beach. The bikes were a nice added value that the kids enjoyed! I had a question about them and was able to get in touch with Saxon who had an immediate and helpful answer for me. We loved this condo and will definitely check to see if it’s available the next time we come to Rosemary Beach!

Could use some upgrades

The master mattress needs to be upgraded. It is way too soft and uncomfortable. The ice marker constantly jammed up and never really made ice. The resort is incredible for families. The beaches were just beautiful and all the staff were so nice.

Great rental

I live in the area and often look for rentals for my family. This rental was professionally run, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and everything was in working order. I was very impressed, as was my family. We were greeted after check in to verify everything was to our liking. This was appreciated. I will use 30A Escapes again. The only thing I would add would be a rug by the front door for sandy shoes.

315 High Pointe - Rental Evaluation - Check-in & Check-out

Overall, a great condo and experience. We did not like the fact that despite requesting an early check-in (if the unit was available) we received the door code via text at EXACTLY 4:00 P.M. I can't believe the cleaning crew completed their servicing of the unit at precisely 4:00 P.M. In addition, I've been renting properties and staying at hotels, condos and rental houses for forty years, and I've never had a mandatory check-out at 9:00 A.M.

Only issue was an overflowing toilet from a floor above our condo. Their needs to be a better process to get hold of VRBO at 1230am. Ice maker in unit was not working up to par. Bldg 1 #315. high Pointe resort. Other than that amazing trip. Been going to High Pointe since 2000

Convenient Location

The unit was very nice! It’s hard to find 2 king beds and 2 queen beds but our unit had just what we were looking for. The ONLY negative was the palm tree outside our balcony. It blocked our ocean view.

Beautiful, clean, and perfect location!

Our family had a great time staying in unit 315. There was plenty of space, the unit was beautiful and clean, and we liked our location on the property. It was the first unit we've stayed in where all of the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We will definitely be staying here again! My only suggestion would be to add a lamp near the large chair so that you can see to read - there was only one lamp in the living room space and it was on the end of the L-shape couch. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Perfect rental

We’ve stayed at High Point a handful of times and each in a different rental unit. This one has been the nicest in terms of renovations and open floor plan. The third bedroom was worth the extra money. Kitchen is beautiful and very functional. Having a separate laundry closet was nice too. Property trimmed the palm tree while we were there so the view of the ocean was great! Would rent again. Good for our family of 5 (3 kids under 4)

Great stay

We had a great stay. We especially used the kitchen, the bikes and hot tub given it was chilly during our visit. The food at Crabby Steve's is very good and the staff was very friendly. Please note that Unit 312 is in Building One (to the left as you enter). It is a wacky numbering system but this is third floor, building one NOT building three. We could have used more lamps and another end table. There were some blankets but next time we will bring our own cozy throws for TV watching. The master bathroom is gorgeous but NOT well lit. The PM was VERY responsive but it would be great to have the list of what is provided and what isn't sooner, info on Roku TV and what they needed us to do prior to leaving sooner as it is a more extensive list than on the website. I've generally rented houses where they have great info sheets or an info binder waiting for the tenant but this is a pretty straightforward rental. Note the bikes were in great condition but all were adult size - we simply rented across the street for the kids.

Lovely condo

Really enjoyed this beautifully appointed condo. The updated kitchen and master bath were a big plus. Nice TVs in all bedrooms and living area. Would have appreciated directions on how to use the remotes for the TVs. The Roku tvs needed the Roku remote to be turned on but the cable remote was needed for the channel guide. That took a while to figure out. Also, I suggest putting small sofa tables that slide under the sofa at the sofa unit. The coffee table is not convenient to use so if you aren't at the end of the sofa that has the only end table, you don't have a convenient spot to sit your drink. Everything else was wonderful. Great view of the pool and partial view of the gulf as well as being in walking distance to the wonderful shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach make this a top notch choice for your vacation.
