Important Information
Resort Fee
A $120 resort fee is required and paid directly to Lake town Wharf resort (payment link sent after booking). This fee is separate from your reservation and not paid to the host and includes 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands (children under 12 do not need a wristband). Wristbands provide access to all resort amenities. Additional vehicles must use nearby public parking.
Age Requirement
Primary guest must be 21+, stay on-site, and is responsible for the group.

**High Impact Period (HIP) Notice**
This property is located in an area subject to High Impact Periods (HIPs) as designated by Bay County and the City of Panama City Beach during high-tourism periods. A HIP is in effect March 28 – April 11, 2026. By booking, guests acknowledge responsibility for knowing and complying with all applicable HIP ordinances. Minimum age to rent/stay: 21+. Government-issued photo ID and age verification are required. Lodging establishments must record guest names and ages and securely retain ID records for 90 days, as required by law. Minors:** Persons under 18 are prohibited from areas licensed for on-premises alcohol consumption between **10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.**, except with a parent/guardian or if lawfully employed. **After 10:00 p.m.:** Only registered guests may access common areas (pools, decks, elevators, parking). Registered minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. During HIPs, **enhanced enforcement and penalties apply**. Violations may result in fines, removal, or cancellation without refund.
