Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!

🚗 Parking Information

Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking. It is charged by the stay and is in addition to any fees already collected by Signature Destinations LLC. Currently, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle and subject to change without further notice. After booking, you will receive the link to the website to pay the parking fee.
