  • Den här lägenheten ombyggdes och uppdaterades i slutet av maj 2019. Helt nya apparater och nya möbler och dekorationer i hela lägenheten.

    Ligger på första våningen i centralt belägna Ocean Ritz! Med alla bekvämligheter som finns i hemmet, plus det extra nöjet med Mexikanska golfen precis utanför din bakdörr, kanske du aldrig lämnar Ocean Ritz när du checkar in! Detta lägenhet har fyra fulla sovrum och fyra badrum; Massor av utrymme att sprida ut och verkligen njuta av din semester på stranden! Dessa balkonger på viken framför är verkligen något att uppleva personligen för att helt uppskatta! Storleken är oöverträffad i Panama City Beach! När du går in i lägenheten, hälsas du av köket med bänkskivor i granit, och alla matlagnings- och bakpinnar som du kan behöva. Köket har utsikt över de enorma mat- och vardagsrummen. Vardagsrummet har en härlig platt-tv och en bäddsoffa för drottning. Från bostadsområdet har du tillgång till båda sovrummen i främre bukten med tillhörande badrum, ett med bubbelbadkar. Det finns också ytterligare två sovrum med bifogade badrum.

    De två sovrummen med utsikt över vatten har king size-sängar i dem. Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det 4: e sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en våningssäng att toppen är en dubbelsäng och botten en dubbel!

The place is overall fantastic location is great plenty of room there was a few things that could be improved the washer and dryer need to be replaced and a few shower curtains but other than that I would stay again or recommend to a friend some of the reviews are harsh that I read but as for me my family and the other family that stayed with us we were satisfied and were kinda worried after reading the reviews but once we arrived and went in to look it was definitely way better than I expected and better than what people say here ….as far as clean overall it was besides for a little sand here and there but it is the beach so you’ll have that

The condo was in perfect proximity to everything! The beach view was amazing off the balcony, enjoyed the large balcony with plenty of seating for a large party. After staying a many condos all over the gulf coast this one was probably my favorite! We went with a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 older teens and for everyone to have there on bathroom was a major bonus! The parking was the only down fall comes we parked in the over flow parking and let our other park in the space provided due to being in a larger truck.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place, location, and the room itself was all really nice. There was plenty of restaurants around as well to go eat. I would suggest if you have a family to not go the week before the Fourth of July. I feel like the other people at the condo was partying the whole week. There was always a loud speaker playing music the whole time at the condo which does not make it relaxing at all. Noise level was always at a max. And a lot of weed smoking every time you went outside.

The mold everywhere was our biggest issue. The dishwasher did not work, and the dishes were dirty so we had to hand wash everything before we could even use it. There were cracked tiles and dust throughout the condo. Over half of our entire group are sick from staying there with all of the mold and dust. We would love for the owner to either train their cleaners better or change cleaning companies so that we could give it another try because the layout and location are absolutely perfect, but our family’s health must take priority over more than just a good view. We highly doubtful that that we would stay there again unless some serious changes were made.

Accommodating for the whole group!

Our group of 9 had a great stay here. Easy access to the beach, pool and parking (except for the fact there is only 1 space available directly on the property, but extra parking was close enough. Definitely a great week for our family!

Late June get away

Reviewer Comments: Location of the unit is great. 4th floor was great, at least one of the elevators seemed to be down most of the week, so the 4th floor wasn't too bad. This is 2 kings and rest queens. Clean unit and great beach placement.

First time bike rally

The condo was a great location to enjoy the beach and the bike rally. This was a first time to the rally for some of our group. We also had a great view of the air show from our balcony so all was great. This location is also right in the middle so if u enjoy walking lots of things are within a good walking distance to enjoy the scenery and the local businesses.

The condo was filthy, the refrigerator door fell off on my 11year old and none of the tvs worked. The beds were all horrible as well. It’s in a great location but that’s the only thing going for it

Not impressed

The parking is horrible. The elevators rarely work, which was ok being on the 4th floor. The condo itself was not clean and needs serious maintenance. The location is good. We will not stay here again.

Great location

We stayed a month in this condo so I did a deep clean when we arrived. Some things do need to be fixed and updated. There were no bed bugs as previously stated. The management was very good at getting back to us quickly.

Perfect spot

This condo was wonderful, exactly as described. The heated pool was great and the check in process was super simple. We would be thrilled to return. I was say, after paying $265 from being towed, that the parking in the overflow lot needs some attention. Our parking pass must have blown off the dash and onto the floor. Just make sure to tape it down so you don’t have to end your otherwise great trip on a very sour note 🙂

Not what was described

The view from the condo was fantastic. The condo itself was horrible. It is not just remodel. The dishwasher had mold in it. The floor was not cleaned. The sheets had stains. We bought our own. The parking was horrible. We will not be back to this condo or to Panama City Beach. The people are rude and we got no response about the conditions of the condo. The details need to be updated on VRBO

Good but not perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and the room set up was perfect for our large family. However, some things were not so perfect. For instance the cookware was terrible, the beds were terrible, the cleanliness was terrible, the dishwasher had black mildew and gunk ALL in it! The oven took forever to cook, and the outside gas grills would not stay lit. Parking was a nightmare for the extra guest who had to hope to find a parking place across the street. With a 4 bedroom condo you would think you would be allowed more than 1 parking spot. However over all it was a good location and a good place to stay. If I was to recommend this property to my friends I’d have to tell them all these complaints first.

Emerald coast inc ocean ritz

The parking was a nightmare, ended up costing 84 a week extra per car for public parking because the small lot for the 22 story building stayed full including the designated parking spot. Also the listing said it was park on deck walk straight into room. This was an outright lie. Its 2 flights of stairs to the first floor you come to sith rooms, ours was 4 flights. One elevator was broken so there was a 20 to 30 minute wait on elevators.

Too expensive for condo conditions.

The space is great but everything is so outdated and it seems everything is about to break to the touch. One of the toilets was completely loose, furniture are broken, tv’s are so outdated and the channel line up so small that we couldn’t watch tv. One of the fans was broken, the refrigerator handle was so loose, the sofas are so dirty, the drawers in the bedroom furniture had crumbs in them, we had to buy new cooking pans to be able to cook, I could go on but it is never ending. Im giving it two stars because of the space, it is great for a big family, otherwise it would have been a one star.

Condo

The inside of the unit is not well maintained. The floor had not been mopped . There were several broken items in the condo. Ice maker, mirror in one bathroom was only up because it was leaning on the towel holder. Ocean had storm runoff and had green algae floating for three days and the pool was closed due to painting the outside of the building but there were no workers there two of the days.
