    Helt renoverad och vackert inredd lägenhet, belägen inom kort gångavstånd från stranden. Lake Town Wharf erbjuder en semester i ” Resort ”-stil, med fem unika pooler, 52 000 kvadratfot strandpromenad vid sjön, ett fullt utrustat gym, täckt parkering, minigolf, en butik/bistro på plats, matställen på plats samt flexibla möteslokaler för allt från konferenser till bröllop och andra gruppevenemang. Det finns egentligen ingen anledning att lämna anläggningen, förutom strandupplevelsen som väntar på andra sidan gatan.
    En fenomenal miljö med panoramahissar som du inte hittar någon annanstans, uppvärmda pooler och barnpooler. Varje kväll bjuds det på en fontänshow i Vegas-stil som du kan njuta av i avskildhet från din egen balkong!
    Lägenheten är inredd med mycket god smak och inga kostnader har sparats för att våra gäster ska trivas. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver. Det stora sovrummet har en extremt bekväm king size-säng och eget badrum. Våningssängarna ligger avskilt och har helt nya madrasser samt ett eget badrum. Vardagsrummet är extremt rymligt och öppet och erbjuder en bäddsoffa samt helt nya möbler för den ultimata lyxkänslan. Lägenheten är 1050 sq.ft stor och ligger på den bästa våningen – den 10:e. Precis mittemot på 10:e våningen hittar du en av de bästa poolerna i komplexet, undangömd och extremt nära, så du behöver inte ta hissen för att komma dit.

This establishment is huge. We were on the 10th floor and the elevators were so slow. I can only imagine what the people on the floors higher than us had to go through. Over 20 stories tall. The walk to the beach was very doable. I don’t normally like staying across the street from the beach, but this location was not bad at all.

Great place to stay

Clean and well-appointed condo. We stayed at the start of the off season so most of the onsite restaurants were closed but there several places to eat within easy walking or driving distance. Would come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout was perfect for what we needed. The location of the unit was awesome, right beside elevators and across from the rooftop pool. It was nice to sit on the balcony after dinner and watch the light/warer show. We would stay here agsin.

Great stay!

Our stay went very well. The a/c and microwave both stopped working during our stay and the communication and remedy with the property owner was amazing. Replied quickly and had maintenance there fast. Overall great stay! Beds were comfy, *bring an extra blanket if you are sleeping on the pull out couch.

Got moved to another unit

We had to stay in another unit because of a leak. The ceiling and walls in the new unit were covered in mold, so we were moved to a third unit. It was pretty nice, needed a few minor repairs but nothing major. The communication was good and after all of the moving, we had a good stay.

Amazing

I loved the condo. Everything was just as pictured. I really wished we could have stayed longer than 4days. It sit in the perfect spot we literally walked everywhere we needed to go. Walmart is right across the street had a nice bar that closes at 4am right across the street lol. The beach was across the street as well. I’m definitely booking again very soon. And the price for the condo was perfect for 4 nights. The condo was very clean and the host always kept in touch. I give this property 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spring Break Trip

Everything looked even better than the pictures! We loved everything about our stay and the location. Only negatives was some dishes were not clean, no paper plates provided like we thought, and only one paper towel roll. Make sure to bring things to clean dishes, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and utensils there was very very few, same with pots and pans. If you plan on making a big meal be sure to bring your own if you need large ones. But for our small group we loved everything about it and it was a perfect for for us!!

The property is as described. Lots of dust in this condo. So bad it’s on the walls in the master bedroom. Probably wouldn’t stay in this condo again. We normally stay at Regency Tower & it’s one of the oldest condos in panama. I don’t care how new or old a place is as long as it’s clean. I felt like there was no use in contacting the owner/manager because the dust was brought up in someone else’s review. An obviously still hasn’t been addressed. I wonder if the owners even visit this unit.

Heavily used and poorly maintained.

the A/C compressor buzzes so load that you can't sleep in the master bedroom with the door closed. Good thing we weren't trying to use the hall bunk beds where the A/C closet is. Wash cloths and towels were stained brown from lord knows what and there was food between the living room seat cushions. Master bath towel rod is "jury rigged". It will fall. Whatever they are paying for cleaning and maintenance is too much.

Good location and pools/views

The property isn't very clean. The room itself needs some work...paint touchups, towel rack, bathroom ventilation, running toilet etc. The valet staff or whatever they were just sat there talking and playing on their phones. Didn't offer to help, didn't even move. The front desk staff weren't friendly or personable. The room did have a good view. Good location for the beach, Pineapple Willy's etc. Kind of far from Pier Park and a bit of a drive when traffic is busy. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't be required to take out the trash. I also thought it seemed silly to shut off the AC just before the cleaning crew comes. Too many kids in the pool/hot tubs. People live here and vacation here. Not for everyone. The room was cute, just needs some work done before renting it out

Mediocre but convenient

This unit was conveniently located within a short walking distance to the beach and on the same floor as one of the pools. Never lacked hot water for showers and the beds were comfortable, with the exception of the sleeper sofa. The light show was a neat feature and it was great having shopping and dining close by on the property. We enjoyed our stay, however with a few minor adjustments, this could have been a better than mediocre experience. This particular unit had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The floors were not mopped so if you walk barefoot, your feet would be filthy. There was thick dust on the artwork and other high places. The kitchen cabinets were grimy like they hadn’t been wiped down in awhile. We also found leftover coffee in the coffee maker from the previous visitors. Aside from cleanliness, there were only a handful of other inconveniences which I notified the owner about and they offered to fix during our stay or after we left.

DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS HOST

The first time we opened the door to go to the beach a small piece of trim that they had screwed into the wall fell off, revealing missing wood in the door frame. So there was nothing there to attach the trim to. I called them right away and sent pics (we had been there less than 12 hrs). I return home to find out they charged me $343.16 for the repair stating we damaged it (it was me and my sister we are in our 50’s and opened the door for the first time to walk out of the condo) I tried very hard to get them to rectify it. I spoke with vrbo and they tried to contact them with me on the phone and they would not pick after having just spoken to the customer service rep. I only rent from premier hosts because I figure there is some integrity involved with the host, that is not the case. What was a great 5 day getaway turned into a nightmare.

Overall ok accommodations. Could use several upgrades. Better kitchen items, bakeware, corkscrew, new spatula etc. The sofa be is broken, the main bedroom bed headboard is broken, the main bathroom sink leaks underneath and soaked all of our towels. The condo was very dirty and dusty with sand in the sheets that were supposed to be fresh. The dryer only works some of the time. There was visible mold in both bathrooms, There were a lot of sheetrock that had been patched around the showers and a huge stain in the living room ceiling. The microwave key pad is broken, the ac unit is very loud to the point where it is hard to sleep at night, the front door to the unit is not very inviting when someone arrives, could use a coat of paint. These are simply suggestions overall we probably would find another place to stay as we had approximately 50 of us staying there and all of the other condos were in much better condition.
