Welcome to your getaway at Nautical Watch E-3, a low-rise 1st-floor condo with over 500 feet of private beach just steps away! Located on the east side of Panama City Beach, this cozy, one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. There is a queen bed in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for the chef in your group to whip up a delicious meal. The balcony is perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or spending time after a day at the beach. As an extra convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the condo for your use. Come start making memories at Nautical Watch E-3!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Nautical Watch is a family-friendly, low-rise Gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach.  This beachfront complex is formed in a U-shape around a large pool for the family to enjoy.  Nautical Watch has its private beach for you to enjoy the amazing white sandy beach and the clear emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico! 

Nautical Watch is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous nightclubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for.

The beach is wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and the beautiful Gulf to the south. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr, is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

Very clean, well stocked! We were at a different rental for vaca, and it was horrific, so we decided to do a complete do over, and booked this! Spend the extra 15 dollars a day!!! No drama host, no cameras on you relaxing on the porch, clean from top to mattress covers, 30 sec walk to the beach which is basically private, good neighbors, everyone minds their own, close to everything, not walking close, but close, within a mile to two miles.

Got to watch the sunset daily.

The condo was pretty clean except for a blob of hair in the tub drain. While taking a shower the bath tub started to back up with water. My husband had to pull it out and it was, well, very unsightly and a lot. The drain plug for the bathroom sink had to be pulled out in order for the water there to drain and there was quite a bit of gunk on the plug. We also didnt have cable the first couple of days so we werent able to watch any tv after a long day out, but they were quick to get that fixed. But other than that, the place was pretty clean and conveniently located by the pool and the beach. We also loved the use of the gas grills, very nice. Even with the very minor issues we had, we would still rent this place again and recommend to friends and family.

Simply perfect!

This condo was perfect for the two of us! Clean, bright and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels, etc. Washer and dryer was nice to have—and used a lot. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals (which we did a few times). Comfortable living room, with great walk-out porch. Conveniently located on the ground floor just steps away from the pool. (No noise issues, whatsoever.). So easy to get to the beach. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Nautical Watch, and this condo stay far exceeded our first stay—even though that unit was on the beach. This is a great place for a couple, and I highly recommend. Loved it!!!
