Regency Towers Beach Resort located on the east end of Panama City Beach Great Amenities at a Great Price! 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby.

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Great Location & amazing views

Overall great stay. The condo had everything we needed & the property was very nice. They had community events going on throught the week, like Karaoke by the pool & a movie night on the lawn. Views were amazing from the condo & parking was easy.

On the beach and clean and updated

We loved the place -- direct beach, furnishings, number of beds / baths .... but, I don't understand there not being at least a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Barely had any of either -- way less than half rolls. No coffee filters, spices --- just normal things that we have ALWAYS had available in condos and townhouses. Also, there was not a blender. As many units as we have rented over the years, we've never experienced this. Our guests used to be owners of rentals and they were amazed that these simple key things were absent. We all were very ill about this. These things do not cost much and mean alot to a renter.

The unit was nice. Had everything needed. Comfy beds, superb shower with great water pressure. The heated pool was grand. The Bikini bar was great, loved the convenience. Wasn’t crazy about only 3 elevators for entire complex and the main one was slow.

Description states 2 bathrooms with tub and shower and one with shower. The br with tub and shower did not have a working shower and was obvious it had been worked on from the cutting of the wall behind the shower. Disappointed that everyone had to use 1 shower.

Girlfriend Getaway

We loved staying here! The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The building itself is well-loved needing new doors, but open it up and it is not disappointing! The view and beach could not be better. Nice quiet area. The tiki bar had great food and drinks with unbelievable low prices.

Family Vacation 2023

The location was great, condo was nice. There were a few issues with the unit. Remotes to tv did not match tv, therefore they did not work. Called for service on Monday and they came out went and got correct remotes. The large unit on stove top broken, guest bed too hard. Overall stay was awesome! Tiki bar was very convenient, food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo is great. We could not get the tvs to work. I emailed and called with no answers!!! The kitchen stove had 3 burners that worked(small burners) 1 small skillet. Things need to be upgraded and the management needs to answer when there is a problem.

Convenient

Panama City Beach July 2022

We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Tower 620. It was on the beach and so nice. The pics are accurate online. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything you need to cook. The only thing was that we had to wash some of the dishes before using. Apparently they did not get cleaned from the dishwasher and was put away dirty. Overall, we had a great week. We would stay here again.

Really loved the outside area. Loved the events the held for the residents. The only issue we really had was getting in the room late, having to buy wash rags, a broom, and the ice maker didn't produce very well. But all in all I would say here again.

Needs new Management

The condo was big enough for our group and would have been great. However, when we checked in at 4, we entered our condo and found it a mess. It had yet to be cleaned. Our check in was at 4, and it didn’t even get touched until well after. After multiple attempts to contact the property management to address the issue, we finally had a half cleaned condo by 7:30 that night. In the meantime, we were told to “chill at the pool.” Which would have been fine but I have 2 very small children who were tired and hungry. We are still trying to receive our cleaning fee back since it had to be cleaned again by us since the cleaning people barely did anything to it besides take the trash out and make the beds. This is not the condo owners fault, but they do need to look for someone new to manage the property. Very disappointed in this stay.
