Great place to stay. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and they have made great use of the space. The walk to the beach was easy and we could see the water from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

has potential, poor housekeeping

the place itself met all our our needs, however, i do feel like there was some housekeeping issues we faced that could have been prevented. upon arrival, the floor was so nasty that our feet were black. the fridge and dishwasher had an odor. the keypad was dead on the lock to the door and we had to replace the battery. we found a cockroach, but only one. they offered to come spray but we didn't see any other than the one so we declined. the light in the living room did not work so we had to use lamps. and it appeared that the housekeeper does not move the furniture to clean behind it between guests. the potential to be a five star stay was there, but the housekeeping is slacking.

Our stay was great

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed to be able to prepare quick and simple meals, the pool was clean. This apartment is on the 3rd floor so it might be difficult to get to for people with disabilities and parking spaces were tight but it was quiet, in a location away from all the action but still close enough to get to them without wasting to much time on the road. We will definitely book again next time we come down to PCB

Great place to stay

Enjoyed staying there for over a week, the only issue was there were ants in the bedroom but they came out and took care of the ants for us the next day. Highly Recommend great place to stay.

The inside of the apartment was very cute and had everything needed for a quick getaway.

Great communication and accurate description of property. I would definitely recommend this rental but I would probably not stay here again only because the pool was quite small and the shower was awkward to use with a small child. (It had sliding glass doors and a sprayer that leaked when it wasn’t in a certain position.)

The property was just as advertised and fit our family of 6 perfectly! Balcony has a wonderful view of the Gulf for a property across the street from the beach. Real Joy properties has incredible customer service! We have lived in Panama City Beach and we have vacationed there for years. By far the best customer service that we have EVER experienced! Would definitely rent another property from this company!
