Denna Horizon South condo är perfekt för ett par eller en familj! Horizon South ligger bara en kort promenad från världens vackraste stränder, och erbjuder 4 pooler, tennisbanor, spelrum, shuffle boards, basketplan, gungor, gym och full 18-håls miniatyrbana. Och det ligger allt i samhället! Du kommer aldrig slut på saker att göra här!

The condo själv är vackert inredda och immaculate. Condo har rymligt vardagsrum, du har gott om plats för hela din familj. Kommer med ett helt funktionellt kök och matplats är perfekt för måltider och du ser fram emot att koppla av framför platt-TV i vardagsrummet efter en lång dag på stranden. Denna lägenhet sover bekvämt 4-6 personer med en drottning i mästaren, bunks i hallen och en sektions soffa som kunde sova två personer. Men med så mycket att göra i PCB, kanske du inte sover mycket!

There is a huge construction project to replace water lines going on in this resort. The owner of the condo did not include this information with the listen or after we booked. We arrived to a complete mess, Internet outages, constant noise to include at 6am in the morning, blocked roads and entrances and limited or no access to the beach as was described in the advertisement. The owner of the condo and the HOA management company blamed each other for the mess and provided no real solutions. Everyone staying for the week was irritated by the mess. The owner did not provide complete instructions for entering the report or the condo. On top of the mess and noise there are 20 something security guards who go around on golf carts asking at random for guests to show them the band you are required to wear everywhere while at the resort. Even if they’ve approached you once they approach you over and over to display your band. Maybe this is to be expected in a five star resort but this resort barely meets three stars. No one should have to spend their vacation in this mess. I’ve included a few pictures of the large trucks that go all day long and block parking and roads. I would never stay here again. I thought renters had to been informed of these types of situations.

Perfect Stay

Everything exactly as listed in the description. There were no surprises. We truly enjoyed our stay. We weren't in the room often but for people that plan on doing so, just be prepared to bring your own coffee/filters, extra toiletries and such (wasn't a big deal for us but might you might be sad when you wake up to sit on the patio without your morning cup of joe).

Great location, short walk to the beach

The unit was a very short walk to the beach. & was overall clean- however it was very clear that their cleaners do not dust any of the decor or fixtures on the walls. This wouldn’t by any means stop us from staying there again, but they should probably look into a new cleaning service that pays more attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay. Heads up- the coffee pot requires cone filters, which were impossible to find during fall break. Had we known that in advance, we would’ve brought some from home. But we made regular filters work. We didn’t utilize the pools, or any of the complex amenities- so I cannot speak to that. Again- overall we were happy with our stay, and would consider staying here again.

Nice place but...

The experience with the condo was fantastic. My only negative was that the dishwasher stunk....bad. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, I didn't like the fact that we had to buy the green bracelets at $20 each just to be in the "resort". The resort "police" were very rude and unwelcoming. We had a few issues with them while attending the pool. Other people who stayed in the condo units had these bracelets provided for them and when I brought that up the man in the office he told me that they were likely not valid bracelets. It was kind of annoying to have someone check your bracelet every hour. The room itself was very nice and we actually got to meet the people who were in charge of our room. They were extremely nice and helpful about places to eat in the area.

Great vacation

Loved the condo, loved the pool right outside the door and loved the short walk to the beach. The cleanliness of the condo was good. I felt very comfortable walking around barefoot because the floors and the carpet felt clean. Really liked the fact that security drove around often checking on things. Wristbands are actually 20.00 for adults not 5.00. But hey you have your choice of 4 really nice pools. No blame on the host. Very nice condo. Very quiet area.

I was in town for the SeaBreeze Jazz Festival. Location was fine.

Location was great. When renting the property a street name should be given. I initially arrived a darkness. I couldn’t locate the building. Address only gets you to the main gate. So I was frustrated initially so I had to call the property manager to guide me to the rental site. Also the next day when I went to my car I had a citation from the property security!!I didn’t have the hang tag for my car. I think the owners should provide their customer a free hang tag and at least 3-4 wrist bands. Each wrist band is an extra $10/person. Ridiculously expensive!! Yes I can see the need for both, but not for a fee!!

Perfect getaway location

Wonderful condo that had all the amenities for a long weekend. Only a 5min walk to the beach and can hear the ocean on the balcony. Host was very attentive and understanding!

Home away from home!

This property was beautiful and clean. The decorating is really cute and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes; everything we needed for cooking and to feel at home. It's a short walk to the gate and then across the street to the beach. I have some physical challenges that make it hard to walk, so this was a little difficult for me. I parked as close as I could to the gate (just around the corner from our room) so the walk was easier. You just have to go out the door and down the stairs to the swimming pool, if you aren't up for going to the beach. Make sure you have the room number and door code before you get there. I didn't do that and it caused some confusion when we arrived. This is a beautiful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay Close to Beach

We stayed five nights Horizon South building 58. The unit is one of the closest to the beach. Literally took four minutes from condo to beach. The room is nice but really needs new sofa. It’s a leather type and peeling so the brown material gets everywhere. It’s really just needs an extreme deep cleaning. There is a pool right out the door. Make sure to bring your own toiletries and essentials. ( toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) The down stairs tenant was a bit of a pain (yelling up at 8:50pm asking us to keep it down as our little ones played uno). Overall a great stay and we would/will book again.
