This stunning one-bedroom condo, which includes an additional sleeping area (though without a closet), is truly a 10 out of 10 that I highly recommend. The interior is beautifully decorated and features a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Its location is ideal, offering easy walking access to Pier Park, various restaurants, and major retailers like Walmart and Target. While the beach chairs are a wonderful perk, be aware that you must go out each morning to claim them, as they cannot be reserved for the entire week at once. Our only minor letdown was finding the fitness center and steam room under renovation, but we look forward to seeing the improvements on our next stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived, found the condo in good order. The condo fit our needs very well. Two observations, chair on the balcony was broken. I would love if the ceiling fans were multi speed. Not a deal breaker! We enjoyed our stay and the location was very good. We would rent the same condo on any future visits.

Good location but older building in need of updates.

Pool bottom looked dirty. Decent beach chairs included with our rental but they are way too close to each other and no cup holders. Hard to walk through first row of chairs to get to ocean. No tents in front of chairs rule is not enforced so you never have a good view of ocean. There’s a parking pass kiosk but it would never print our pass. Good location to pier park.

Relaxing good time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this room 208. Perfect for a couple or if you have small children. Loved the walk in shower. We were fortunate enough to see the air show from our balcony. The colors in this room are everything I love. Fully stocked with all the best dishes, pots and pans. Ice maker made plenty of ice. Right next to the elevator that only services floors 1 - 3. Will definitely be back. No complaints at all.

Itchy Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well the unit was not very clean upon arriving, so we had to do some of our own cleaning and was missing linens for sofa bed. The location & view awesome! Accomadations in general were okay. The real issue with the stay was the fact myself and whole family received severe bug bites from the unit that left us constantly itching/scratching, which made it uncomfortable getting sleep/rest at night. Very disappointing aspect of the trip and very annoying.
