Denna lägenhet i bottenvåningen har totalrenoverats i en strandinspirerad inredningsstil och är en av de mest eftertraktade lägenheterna på Pelican Walk tack vare fönster från golv till tak, den fantastiska utsikten och den enkla tillgången till stranden och poolerna. Du befinner dig bokstavligen direkt vid STRANDEN! Utsikten från uteplatsen och inifrån lägenheten är helt enkelt FANTASTISK! Det finns ingen annan bostad i PCB som kan erbjuda denna utsikt! *Lägenheten inkluderar GRATIS service med strandstolar och parasoller på stranden under säsongen mars till oktober!

    Pelican Walk 107 är en Deluxe-lägenhet på 1000 kvadratfot med 1 sovrum, utrustad med en king size-säng i sovrummet och en nyrenoverad dusch med specialanpassade kakelplattor i det angränsande privata badrummet! I vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa i queen size samt ett komplett gästbadrum. För SEC-sportfans finns en NY 85-tums TV i vardagsrummet! På uteplatsen står traditionella Adirondack-stolar med svängd ryggstöd där du kan sitta och blicka rakt ut mot stranden eller koppla av och njuta av solen! Lägenhet 107 rymmer upp till 4 gäster och är uthyrd året runt, så boka i god tid!

    Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du kan behöva för att laga mat och äta hemma. Det finns även tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten. Gratis Wi-Fi och gratis parkering!

Having two small children the location to the beach access was very convenient. Literally 5 feet away! The unit's spacious floor plan allowed us to have room for all our beach gear without feeling crowded. We will most defiantly stay here again!
