Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

Begin your long awaited vacation at our wonderful condo at Long Beach Resort, located on the fourth floor of Tower 4. This unit sleeps four comfortably, with a king size bed in the master and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both the living room and bedroom have large flat screen tv's. The dining area seats four for a sit down dinner or card game, and there's two stools at the breakfast bar for those quick meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes and flatware you will need, and the large bathroom has a huge tub and shower with double marble vanities. Step out onto your private, 30 foot balcony to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and warm Florida sunsets. Long Beach Resort has a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft)with islands and waterfalls, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), three whirlpool spas, a poolside bar and grill (seasonal), on-site jet ski/umbrella chair rental and 24 hour security with gated access and plenty of parking. This condo is perfect for a long weekend, summer vacation or an extended stay!! Come see why everyone loves Long Beach Resort!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Surprised

This unit was equipped with everything you will need from air fryer to a blender. Perfect location on the beach with a huge back balcony and amazing view of the beach. We will definitely book again.

Needs a lot of attention

I have never left a review before, and I usually try to give people as much grace as possible, but our experience staying here was like none other! This is a condo with a great view. But it needs some serious attention. The bathroom is very outdated and unclean. There was trash in the floor beside the toilet when we arrived. There was also an AWFUL odor of something dead in the bathroom. We had to hold our breath to use the bathroom. The ceiling tiles were stained/old and the light above the shower was hanging out of the ceiling. Also, the tub was very dirty. After we arrived, we went to Walmart and bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the tub/shower before we used it. But we loved the view and location! With some remodeling and better cleaning, we would stay here again! But these problems seriously need to be addressed. We drove a long way and paid a decent price to stay here and felt disappointed when we arrived.

Week at the beach

We wanted a condo with a killer view of the beach, an easy to live in living space, a well-equipped unit and a good location in town. This property delivers on all counts. The property mgr responded immediately to a couple requests. The employees on the property were friendly. The elevator was adequate in October. We had a great stay and will come back.

Room was clean and great for two. The view was amazing. Everything was as listed. Beach was very clean. The only recommendation is to put the chairs closer to the water. It was a pain for people to set right in front of you. Otherwise my wife is ready for next year.

Great view

The view from the balcony is just simply spectacular. the condo itself was located right across from a little shopping mall with great food, scooter, rental, and a souvenir shop all of the essential provided with exception of filters for coffee maker not even one to make your coffee on arrival overall, I am very happy with our stay at this place and will consider it again for a future trips down to Panama City Beach

Extremely adequate

The Experience renting with Kim’s condos through VRBO has been excellent. It was incredibly easy to check in. The room was extremely adequate and Long Beach resort was an awesome place to stay. Room 4–405 could use some updating. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the mats in the kitchen and bathroom are old and need to be replaced, and the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The tub was not for a toddler to bathe in.

Enjoyable stay

Very good Great Views, nice having an umbrella and chairs each day. Everything we needed was there. Staff did a great job of check in. If I am ever back at PCB I will definitely use this condo again!

Perfect location

My family stays in longbeach every year and it is hands down our favorite place. Gated, guard on duty all the time, very safe. 4-405 was a perfect condo for our small family. Plenty of kitchenware, clean beds, even clean under cushions when pulled out for the sleeper sofa. The view was perfect!

Great view! Everything we needed!

Loved the view! Very clean and management was always just a phone call away if we needed something. I have no issues with the condo! Unfortunately, it was Georgia's spring break so lots of kids and the area around the condo seemed a bit run down. For the price, it makes for a very nice stay.

Million dollar view!

We enjoyed our week at Kim's Condo 4-405 at Long Beach Resort very much. It was clean and had all the kitchen essentials you would need. The balcony was huge and you had access from both the bedroom and living room. Access to the unit was easy with no key, just a code to get in so no waiting in check in lines. Pools and beach access were easy as well. The reserved beach chairs and umbrella each day was much appreciated!! It was perfect for the 2 of us and we would consider staying here again!
