Must be 25+ to rent. IDs are checked by building staff.

Parking

On-site parking is available. A parking pass is required and can be purchased for $30 at the office during business hours or at the security office after hours.

Only one pass per unit.
Additional parking is available at 9941 Thomas Drive (daily/weekly rates).
Wristbands
Wristbands are required for all guests and can be purchased for $6 per person (children under 12 are free) at the office or security stand.
Wristbands must be worn at all times.
Cash is preferred; a small processing fee applies for card payments. After hours, cash only is accepted
