Awesome unit in Tower 1 at Edgewater Beach Resort. Unit 804 has many wonderful features such as a gulf front master bedroom with balcony access, great floor (8th floor not too high, not too low ), open floor plan and of course awesome gulf views. With 1013 square feet, this condo provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views. When you wake up in the master bedroom king size bed, the floor to ceiling windows let you look out over the tropical lagoon pool and the ocean front.

The living room floor to ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of the beach and lagoon pool. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper that provides additional sleeping. With 2 full baths, 4 people can comfortably enjoy their vacation. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or skip cooking and enjoy a meal in the onsite restaurant and bar. The condo has a washer/dryer available for your use. Watch the gorgeous sunsets sitting on the private balcony.

Not only is the unit wonderful, the Amenities are great! Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater maintains it's very own Executive Par-3 Golf Course. You'll also find basketball hoops, 3 Pickle-ball courts, 10 Shuffleboard courts, and 10 Tennis courts. Book a lesson with our Tennis pro and up your game while you're here! This sprawling resort houses 11 pools, kids splash area, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center & workout studio, and a business center. Please note that the use of gym or golf amenities may require an additional fee paid directly to the resort. In season, you can book beach chair rentals, paddle boards, and beach bonfires through Edgewater's very own Goin' To The Beach beach services. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection's Adventure Zone activities. Multiple resort-level dining options abound!   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Memorial Day Trip

My wife, daughter and I stayed here with a last minute trip and were especially happy with the condo. Was as described and in the pics. Bed was comfy and easy walk to the multiple pools, restaurants, and the beach. Little one loved the splash pad and beach. Owner was super helpful and easy to communicate. Everything was taken care of for our arrival. Will definitely use David on the future.

Resort was very nice but room was disappointing. Outdated, musty smell, bathrooms very small couldn’t use one shower. Sheets were not clean.

Great Unit

Unit is as advertised. Great view of the pool and beach! The unit was clean and had everything we needed - they even had extra floor/box fans in the closet, which we loved to use while we were sleeping! The resort is fabulous - restaurant, gift shop with snacks and the main pool is beautiful. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and gave timely instructions on check in/out.

Weekend getaway for 2!!

My Husband and I got away for a weekendo and this condo was perfect!! The king size bed was as comfortable as my own! Communicationj with the host was impeccable and the condo had everything we needed including an amazing view!! Will definitely be back!!

Stayed a week during spring break 2023

Condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Awesome views from the condo. Host was friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. Only regret was that I wish we could have stayed longer.

This property was conveniently located in tower 1 of Edgewater. The view was awesome. That being said, I did have a issue with a washer/dryer situation where I was stuck with 2 non-working washer and dryers for most of my stay. The property owner worked to get this issue resolved, which i appreciated. Once the new washer and dryer was installed is melted 2 fuses in the condo causing the entire unit to smell like an electrical fire on Thursday, and having the property maintenance guy, Jonathan, come out on Friday (the final full day of my stay) and fully turn off all electricity in the unit and actually show me the melted fuses. Since I alerted the owner to the issue on Saturday, and I had to follow up several times with pictures just to have the extra washer and dryer moved from the center of the living space due to safety concerns for my small children. Overall, the location of this condo made it worth it for the event we were in town for. The condo could use some upgrades especially with the drop ceiling in the bathrooms.

Excellent location. Easy access. Clean. Nice furniture. View was rated 100.

A couple of recommendations: Go ahead and pay to get full HD TV service. Just add the price to the nightly charge. Makes a big difference for people like me who enjoy watching sporting events, or anything for that matter. If it were me I'd have a Keurig coffee maker and provide at least a starter set of coffee. Small cost which can make a big impression on first arrival, and maybe a small set of condiments available. Towels were very cheap and thin, but this seems to be the norm for many of the rentals, particularly those under a mgt group. The extra expense to at least have a tier 2 linen would be how I'd do it for sure. Otherwise, place was awesome. Great furniture and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, it was spring break weekend for some HSBC schools and it pretty much shut down the Front Beach road. City commission have to look at restricting access points next year to avoid the chaos on Front Beach. Tough decisions about this. My interactions with the crowd were pleasant and no incidents occurred in my location as far as I knew.

The place is very nice. You have plenty of places to eat and shop and plenty of pools and hot tubs to choose from. The only complaint I have is they need more carts for your luggage to take to your car and room

Started with rain....

Typical Florida rain, sun, repeat. But Friday-Saturday were gorgeous! 8th floor, center = great view of everything. Clean, well organized unit. Bed was super comfortable. Scared myself in the wall mirrors one morning, lol ! All the staff were very nice. Golf course challenged my short game. 2nd stay at Edgewater in so many years.

Amazing Condo

Condo was perfect. The pool and ocean view was amazing. I do wish the resort folks would add more elevators or make sure both elevators were working at all times. It was busy on Saturday and Sunday but no issues through the week. The workers were extremely nice except the ice cream shop workers need a little Help in the customer service area. But all in all our trip was awesome and we will be back.
