• All traffic laws, speed limits, and cart path rules must be followed
• Guests are responsible for safe operation and assume full liability for any accidents, fines, or towing
• Prior to use, all drivers must be 21+ and provide: (1) Copy of valid driver's license (front & back) and (2) Proof of current auto insurance policy (front & back). Documentation will be requested via email after booking confirmation. Golf cart access requires complete documentation - no exceptions. See full terms in rental agreement.
