For those that have not stayed at Laketown Wharf, the property is not taken care of well. I guess it is just too large of a condominium for it to be maintained. I am sure at one time it was beautiful. Our room experienced leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen and in the bathroom. We reached out to the host and they said they would send someone but noone ever arrived to repair this or even look into it. The leaking from the bathroom would come out into the hallway and we had to keep towels down the 3 days we were there. When we would go into the kitchen, leaking from the light fixture above would drip on us. We tried to send videos of this to the host but they would not provide an email address to receive the videos. The faucet in the master bath tub was not even long enough to dispense the water into the bathtub - it would just flow out onto the rim of the tub and onto the floor so it is practically unusable. It's not enjoyable to be a complainer but these are all issues that need to be remedied prior to renting out your unit and at the very least they should have been given attention to while we were there.
