Beachfront Resort Condo Top Floor Many Amenities

This fully furnished, newly decorated, spacious beach front condo is on the top floor with beautiful 6th-floor views of the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. With your own private balcony, you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of Panama City Beach in the evenings. With all the comforts of home, relax and forget about the real world while you enjoy the views and many amenities the resort has to offer. This 2 BR/2 BA unit is located in the Leeward Building of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.

The open living, dining and kitchen area all overlook the Gulf of Mexico with balcony access from the living room. The kitchen features granite countertops and new appliances along with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. There is also a washer and drier in the condo for your convenience.

The master suite features a king size bed, tv, and large private bath that includes a large glass walk-in shower and dual sinks. The junior suite also features a king-sized bed, tv and bathroom that includes a walk-in glass shower w/single sink. There is an additional roll away mattress in the closet.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a wide range of activities and amenities. The resort consists of 11 swimming pools (10 heated) and numerous hot tubs. The main lagoon pool is 11,500sf and its cascading waterfalls and tropical landscaping overlook the beach. If swimming and soaking in the hot tubs are not enough, the resort also has 10 tennis courts, basketball court, 3 pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center/exercise room, spa, and executive Par 3 golf course with pro shop (there will be additional fee/cost for service or access). There is a full-service restaurant and bar, Ocean's, where the outdoor seating has beautiful views of the beach. Edgie's Corner Market has ice cream and Starbucks coffee. For the kids and the adults there are pool side activities that consist of movies, live music and karaoke. There is also a dedicated area for the little ones in the kids' splash pad area. Going to the beach? You can rent chairs, wooden loungers, umbrellas, paddle boards, jet skis, parasailing and request family bonfires...!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this unit at Edgewater. It was so nice not being in one of the taller buildings as all only have two elevators and it can take 45 min to an hour waiting for one. We enjoyed that this unit is in a smaller building with only 6 floors and never had issues with the elevators. It’s a very short easy walk over to the main pool and it was always nice to come come back to a quiet space where you could sit on your balcony and not hear everything going on at the pool. The unit had everything we needed for cooking and was very spacious for our family. I believe when I booked it showed that it had two king beds but the secondary bedroom now has a queen bed with a twin bunk on top which still worked great for our family. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Great stay

The care of the condo, layout, and cleanliness were all excellent. The reasonable price and ease of access were appreciated. Although this building is slightly offset, there were no inconveniences for anything. Parking might have been better than trips in recent years to the same resort.

Wonderful property.

My family and I have visited PCB for years but this was our first time staying at the Edgewater. This condo was absolutely beautiful. And the Edgewater had everything we were looking for in our vacation. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Real Beachfront experience

If you want the real beach front, on the sand, experience., this is the place for you. The condo has a wall of windows that you feel like your right there from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 2 master suites with big showers, nice towels and sheets. Good kitchen to prepare your own meals and easy get to restaurants if you don't want to. Bring your own coffee because none is supplied. and your own spices and oils. This complex has heated pools, which isn't always the case in the winter months. The executive golf course is pricey if you don't have your own cart. Think you will enjoy the place.
