  • **Gratis strandservice vid uthyrning** Njut av familjeaktiviteter i solen här på TOP OF THE GULF i en rymlig studiolägenhet med plats för 4 gäster och direkt tillgång till stranden på Thomas Drive. Lägenheten har 2 dubbelsängar, ett fullt utrustat kök, platt-TV, kabel-TV och Wi-Fi. Gästerna har tillgång till tre gemensamma balkonger på varje våning samt myntdrivna tvättmöjligheter. Det finns inga privata balkonger. Här finns en takterrass ovanför anläggningens snackbar, shuffleboard och en extra stor pool som nyligen renoverats. Gångavstånd till golfbana, lokala restauranger, familjevänliga aktiviteter och flera nattklubbar. Alla som bor i lägenheten måste vara 25 år eller äldre, eller vara barn till en registrerad gäst. Parkeringsinformation: En resortavgift på 30 USD tas ut av bostadsrättsföreningen och ska betalas vid ankomst, endast kontant. I denna resortavgift ingår ett parkeringskort för ett fordon och upp till fyra armband. Parkering är begränsad under högsäsong, endast 1 fordon tillåtet per vistelse. Lägenheten har ingen balkong.

The place could have been cleaned up better than what it was. There was still hair from pasts guests on the sheets and in the bathroom. It was also very dated and needed more upkeep.

We had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean when we walked in plus nice and cool. The host and staff here were amazing. My son dropped his phone down the elevator our first evening here everyone responded back to me fast . Shannon Miller one of the maintenance men came in the next morning early and climbed down the elevator shaft and found my son’s phone. We are extremely grateful. Over all our stay was very pleasant here. It’s clean and quiet with a beautiful view.

The view was beautiful and the size was perfect for my friend and I. It was affordable and loved that the beach was right out the back door! Close to my favorite Hershey's ice cream spot and Parlor Donuts! Beach Service was great!

Quick getaway

We took off after the hurricane Helene to top of the gulf and this was my second stay here. It’s always perfect and will stay here again ! Perfect for a family trip or just a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay

The actual resort was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location the access to the beach and the swimming pool was amazing. Staff was very friendly. The condo had everything and looked as it did in the pictures. Check-in was a breeze had all my information well before check in. The beds were not great. The cleaning should have been better, but it did not affect our stay. We enjoyed it and will visit this resort again.

beautiful getaway right on the gulf!

this room has the most beautiful view of the gulf. crystal clear waters and sugar sands are just steps away, filled with lots of wildlife. we saw hermit crabs, seahorses, sanddollars, and tons of blue crabs. the location is perfect for beach days or some shopping, it’s close to everything you would ever need. lots of great local restaurants too! owners are very friendly and respond quickly. the bathroom is a little on the smaller side, but overall this was a great experience and we will definitely be back soon!

There’s no need going on the reviews . This place was great a little dated but still do able . Our beds were worn out but surprisingly we wasn’t in pain when we woke . Building has been taken care of . Friendly service .

Overall we had a great stay. Price was a bit high and the reason I say this is because Ocean City in MD is a huge tourist place and over priced like Panama city beach area in Florida. Anyways there I could get a 2 bedroom on the beach for the same price maybe a little more. Also the post made it seem like there was a washer and dryer in the room which is what I needed. It is not in the room, it's in one of the 3 laundry room areas that I found out about after we checked in. The washing machines are tiny. Also when your on vacation you don't wanna have to sit in a laundry room for 3 hours or so doing laundry because I have already learned at a younger age never leave your clothes in attended as people will open washing machine and remove your stuff and steal items out of the dryer or toss your stuff out to dry their stuff when you were in the middle of drying your things. I'm not saying this has happened at this location, but not chancing it. Luckily I made sure we all packed extra clothes, but it definitely was not pleasant pulling out wet, sweaty, smelly clothes that sat in the heat during an almost 4 hour drive back home at the end and it made packing harder since I couldn't put our dirty clothes in the suitcases and had to put them into trash bags. But other than the laundry situation the pull was clean and once weather cleared up we managed to spend our last day on the beach. Also lots of fun things to do in the area.

The room looked good from a distance there was no balcony. The mattresses were wore out cheap ones . And there were covered with plastic. We left early and went down the street to regency towers.

Recommendations

We had a great time. 3rd year staying at the complex. Location is perfect. Best time of the year is August. School is in and less crowded. O ly thing i can say about room , was a little out dates, could use hooks in bathroom for towels, maybe some shelving under sink, a wall clock and matching decor. No pictures mstch. Had trouble with TV, but pwners sent some right away. We will definitely stay again. Owners were always in contact if we needed anythi g.
