Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Sunchaser, Condo 1729 is located on the 17th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes and 8 RFID amenity armbands for your group.

Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and some beach toys are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
