  • Bo på stranden! Välkommen till Ocean Reef 1607! Detta fullt utrustade, två sovrum två badrum, lyx lägenhet ger allt du behöver för att njuta av en minnesvärd semester på stranden. Dessa lägenheter ligger vid stranden och har en stor balkong med bekväma schäslongar med utsikt över de vackra vita, sandiga stränderna och smaragdgolfvattnen. Koppla av på denna balkong och njut av att titta på havet och majestätiska solnedgångar.

    Detta boende erbjuder en underbar semester på stranden! Vardagsrummet har några av de mest bekväma möbler du hittar och inspirerar till stressfri, avslappnande tupplurar. Vardagsrumsarrangemanget innehåller en väggmonterad TV och gott om sittplatser som är fantastiska för att njuta av kvällsfilmer, sportevenemang eller helt enkelt beundra den oändliga utsikten över viken. Det kompletta köket är perfekt för matlagning och inkluderar också en frukostbar med plats för fyra och ett matbord i full storlek. Det eleganta sovrummet gränsar till balkongen och har separat balkongåtkomst och fantastisk utsikt över bukten. Sov till vågorna! Gästsovrummet har bekvämt två fullstorleksängar som ger gott om sovarrangemang.

    Ocean Reef erbjuder en pool vid fronten och badtunna. Inomhuspoolen värms upp säsongsmässigt och har utsikt över bukten och ett inomhus ångbad. Båda poolerna ligger mycket nära strandpromenaden så att gästerna enkelt kan flytta från poolen till stranden och tillbaka. Ett gym och bastu ligger på sjätte våningen.

    Ocean Reef är bekvämt beläget med massor av roliga aktiviteter i närheten. Runaway Island, en av de trevligaste och bästa områdena, strandfront, restauranger är två dörrar ner (lätt gångavstånd). Runaway Island erbjuder också en walk-up strandbar som lätt kan nås från Ocean Reef stranden. Tvärs över gatan är putt-putt golf, glass, go-carts, presentbutiker, sandwichbutiker och arkad.

    Beläggningsgränsen är 6 och tillämpas strikt. Detta är en rökfri lägenhet. Husdjur är inte tillåtna. Måste vara 25 år eller äldre för att boka.

Great place to stay , clean & good location. Definitely had a bunch of beach accessories to use . We had an elevator out during our stay , that made it tough at times . But I guess that’s with any place . Overall 9 out of 10

Could have been better

Floors were dirty and dusty, especially bathrooms. Public hairs all over master shower wall. Kitchen surfaces had food on counters at check in. Very dusty on all bedroom tables. I am a cleaning lady and I guarantee I left it in MUCH better condition than I found it.

Beautiful Property

This unit is as well kept as any you’ll find. Spotless, with high end, comfortable decor. We were as pleased with this property as any we’ve ever rented. The only draw back was cutting our vacation short due to Hurricane Michael. Other than that, not a single disappointment. When we return, we’ll definitely look at this property first.

I would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again. We stayed for 5 nights, July 14-19 2025. The balcony of course had an amazing view. The furniture on the balcony was so comfy - a must if you want to enjoy the views during any stay. The mattresses also so comfy - beauty rest hybrid - I’m now buying one for home - slept so good! Response from maintenance on the patio door was quickly resolved (lock was stuck due to the weather). Peak times had an elevator wait but that’s any place like this and I’ve stayed at many. Kitchen has all you need (does need a spatula) and is clean as are the bathrooms. The beach in front of the condo was never overly crowded. They send an email with all you need to know before, during and after your stay. There is no lobby or front desk - check in is with the guy at the entrance of the parking garage who was soo kind and friendly!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Giving this property 4 stars for the following reasons: 1. We loved the actual condo - rooms & furniture were very nice 2. Ocean view was perfect & gorgeous 3. Condo was obviously cleaned before our arrival & we had all we needed to get started (kitchen, bathrooms & laundry room - the frig was SPOTLESS btw) 4. Staff was kind & helpful. The only reason we subtracted a star was due to some maintenance issues (the 2nd bathroom toilet ran nonstop (we turned it off at night), a lower kitchen cabinet would not open, and it's probably time for a replacement dishwasher (very loud & only cleaned okay). But overall we were pleased and I would and already have recommended Ocean Reef to friends.

The property was perfect for our 1st family vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were within walking distance to almost anything we wanted and definitely within a short driving distance to anything we needed. Loved being right on the beach. Highly recommend.

Awesome Property!

This property met my expectations. The condo was EXACTLY as advertised. It was well equipped, living area was very comfortable with well kept furniture. Viewing the ocean from the balcony was even better because of the comfortable furniture that was provided. I would definitely recommend staying here to any family!

It looks every bit as beautiful as the property description! The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, and we loved the cushioned balcony furniture. The view was stunning from the 16th floor balcony. It's a roomy place to relax on a rainy day. The balcony furniture was much more extravagant any other condo we have stayed at in the past. It was wonderful having 3 large flat-screen TVs and DVD players. We enjoyed watching movies on the huge TV in the living room. You can even see the ocean from the living room! The room and balcony are so nice you won't want to leave the room!We loved how the room had beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cooler, and innumerable beach toys. This allowed us to save the expense of renting beach chairs. There were quite a few Nicholas Sparks books to read if interested. Another perk was that Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf (with 2 mini golf courses and go-karts) was right across the road from the condo. It's a tremendous advantage to be able to walk and avoid the intense PCB traffic. There were lots of activities and restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to the restaurant Sharky's which we loved, as you could eat beachside! We also loved the food at Pineapple Willy's...but be prepared to wait to eat there. We also enjoyed Coconut Creek miniature golf. There is so much to do in the area you couldn't possibly do it all!The manager was very helpful in the renting process. We liked many other aspects of Ocean Reef in general. We had our own parking space, and it was easy to get in and out of the garage. It was convenient to just have to remember a code to get in the room. We also liked how there was a security guard present in the pool area to keep control.
