3. Västra hörnenheter på Calypso har de bästa vyerna och planlösningen i hela Panama City Beach. Om du inte får en hörn, kommer du ångra det.

Våra enheter är fullt betalda. inga bekymmer om att endast hyra en enhet för att ta reda på att den har stängts av och våra enheter är INTE till försäljning, så ingen störande fastighetsmäklare stör dig för att visa enheten under "DIN" semester. Vi spenderar $$ varje år för att behålla vår investering i våra enheter genom att hålla dem som nya.

Beautiful corner unit with lovely beach and sunset views. We loved being on the second floor. Unit was clean, updated and had everything plus some nice extra touches like Keurig and beach reads and two complimentary beach chairs w/umbrella. We also enjoyed the multiple doors out to the expansive balcony. The management company was friendly, responsive and terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. the palm trees block the view but also give privacy. The frig didn't work but management was quick to move us to another unit once we learned it couldn't be repaired same day. While the unit is VERY dated, it's exactly as the pics look and the location is easy to access.

We had a great time relaxing on the beach. The only drawback from the balcony is the noise from the pumps from the pool but otherwise it was a great stay! We will definitely be back to the Calypso property!

Family Getaway

Everything was great. View was amazing. Only one issue is all the beds were way too hard for all of us. Sleep is important for all the walking you do to get everywhere. Other than that condo was absolutely beautiful.

Calypso delivers EVERYTIME!!!

This was my third visit to Calypso and it was also my 50th birthday celebration. My family consisted of five of us, myself and my cousin, my daughter and her boyfriend, early 20’s and my 14 year old daughter. Each of us had a ball!!! Everyone could come and go as they pleased. Beach was perfect!! Condo and kitchen were a dream as usual. Sunrise and sunsets from the balcony were exquisite!! Resort was perfect. This trip was everything I wanted, absolutely perfect. Will definitely be returning!!

Love the calypso!

We love the calypso! Was our 17th year staying with them. Location is unbeatable. Traffic sucks. Getting in and out of parking garage is stressful and tedious. It used to be a 4 digit code. Now it’s a bar code. Unit was clean. Good water pressure. Only thing I would criticize is the crappy cookware And No Pizza Cutter! We like to cook and the pans need to be thrown away! Otherwise we loved!

PCB family vacation 2022

Definitely had plumbing issues that need serious attention the bathroom in the queen bedroom by kitchen smells like raw sewage. There was black stuff in toilets in all bathrooms upon arrival. There was gnats all in the kitchen like they was coming from garbage disposal (*note we did not cook the whole time we was there) ordered pizza 1 night and gnats were covered inside box next morning. The dryer had to be 20yrs old and didn’t dry clothes well at all. Maid service came 3 times within 10 minutes starting around 9:20 rushing us out to leave (2 knocked on door and 1 just let herself inside while we was still in the condo). The location and the view was awesome. We have stayed at the calypso before that’s why we chose this location again but there were several things that didn’t make the stay as pleasant this time.

Great location

Calypso is the best location on the beach if you don't wanna get back in the car. You got the beach, the pier for fishing and sight seeing, several restaurants at pier par as well as movies, shopping, and a few carnival style rides for the little ones. This was our 11th stay at Calypso and it's always a great experience. We have also used Warren beach rentals on several of these stays without any issues and we got to check in an hour early this time which is not to be expected but we called and the condo was ready and the freindly lady said we were good to go. 👍

Beautiful View

Super clean upon arrival. Beautiful views in the living room and one bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Dishwasher did not work despite running it twice, but I sent an email to management so hopefully that gets fixed soon for future guests. (No biggie for us to hand wash). There was a keurig, coffee maker, blender, skillets, pots, and a couple plastic containers. We had a very nice stay.

FABULOUS

this property was perfect! the very best locations, from an amazing coffee shop in the building to being steps away from Pier Park! I have rented many places with VBRO and this was the best. Communications from the rental company were excellent. I can't wait to go back. the views were wonderful, and the 2nd floor was perfect. I usually like higher floors, but this was great as you could avoid the wait for the elevator.

Great property in the best PCB location!! We loved being close to Pier Park and loving on other people's puppies @ Dog Beach nearby. We had terrible weather, but the condo was so nice and well stocked that we had a great trip anyway. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Unfortunate construction/repairs

Stayed at Calypso during spring break 2021 and unfortunately that is the week they decided to paint the exterior of the west side and close the west end pool. And lucky us our balcony was the getting on and off point for the workers to get on their lift. They put their ladder up to our balcony every morning while we drank our coffee and used it to access their lift. On the third day it seemed to be raining, but only over our building. We removed all of our towels from the balcony and went ahead down to beach figuring the raid would stop or get worse. When we got outside the building was when we realized the workers were pressure washing the balconies above us and that is why it seemed as if it were raining. I reached out to the owners but unfortunately the property managers for Calypso do not relay closures/maintenance to owners before hand. The condo itself was great and would stay there again when all work has been completed. The 2nd floor is super convenient because you can just use the stairs which are located right next to condo and it is convenient to the 3rd floor skywalk that takes you to he parking garage.

Fall get away

Property was clean and comfortable. We did not realize when we rented that the unit was right above pool filter maintenance area that was noisy and distracting of the ocean sounds. Trash shoot was also next to unit and the noise could be heard from the bedroom. The beach was nice and not crowded. The convinence of property to the Pier was perfect.
