Hosted by Beachscapes Vacation Rentals, Calypso 3-908 is professionally decorated 1 BR 2 Bath condo with bunk beds, sleeps 6! The master bedroom has its own private bath, where there is a second full bath for additional guests. There are twin beds in the bunk area and a Queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and breakfast bar.

Spectacular gulf views and resort amenities (zero entry pool, hot tub, fire pit, Tiki bar, 1st floor restaurant)!! Enjoy amenities like the Emerald Hub (food, drinks and beach shop) along with a fabulous fitness center, hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, and nine rentable cabanas. The best sunsets and super convenience of Pier Park being next door. The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, GE stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The showers have cultured marble for easy cleaning. The oversized balcony is perfect for watching fireworks and all the events that Pier Park has to offer! Tower Ill is the closest condo to Pier Park. Gorgeous pool that is heated in the cooler months and color changing!

The resort is conveniently located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Calypso is next to the County Fishing Pier and Pier Park, a Simon 'Signature Project', where you will find shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and an outdoor Amphitheater offering free concerts throughout the summer. Minutes away are other fun family activities including the Gulf World Aquarium, golf and miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more. The Frank Brown Park Sports Complex is just 1.6 miles (3 minutes) away.

Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING. We do not rent to singles under 25 years old. There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.

***Parking at Calypso Resort***
Calypso Resort Association (Towers I and II) is responsible for the garage utilized by all three resort towers. Guests requiring vehicle parking are required to register and pay a separate $50 Guest Registration Fee to that association. A separate link will be emailed at least two weeks prior to guest arrival to complete this registration and to make payment to that association. Once completed a guest parking pass will be emailed to the guest.

If you do not require vehicle parking, please let us know and disregard the guest registration request.

Depending on availability, a second vehicle parking permit may be purchased which requires another guest registration and $50 fee paid directly to that association. Please let us know as soon as possible if a second parking pass is desired or if there are any questions related to vehicle parking or this process.
