Casa Francesca ligger i Carillon Beach pÄ Pinnacle Port, en kontrollerad tillgÄng / gated resort gemenskap. Den hÀr uncrowded paradisets paradis, som ligger pÄ den tysta vÀstra delen av Panama City Beach (mindre Àn 3 miles till 30A och mindre Àn 10 miles till Pier Park), Àr det perfekta lÀget för att koppla av och varva ner. Lovely neighborhood and location

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Francesca ( Pinnacle Port). We have stayed there multiple times over the years and love the location and amenities. The condo was one of the nicest ones in Pinnacle Port that we have stayed in. Beautiful views from balconies on both sides of the condo ( bay side and beach side). Everything we needed was close by. An enjoyable vacation.

Great gor a family with small kids...

The building itself was dirty and needs a refresh,but the unit was clean. There was a missing light fixture in the kitchen and no smoke detector upstairs - just the ring in the ceiling that it screws into. Overall decent with great views from both decks and a nice central location.

Great Beach Condo

While the property is older, this is one of the nicest units I have seen. Everything is updated and the layout is open. Everything that we needed was included in the location, including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. The property managers were very easy to get in touch with. The building was having water pressure issues the week we stayed, but it wasn't too bad most of the time. The location is in a gated area with enough beach for all the guest. The pools are clean and one has a snack bar. This was our second year at this complex, but this unit is by far the best and we would stay here again!

Apartment is ok, but not more

The apartment is ok, but: smaller than it looks in pictures, has only minimal kitchen equipment, old appliances, building is very old (we got stuck in the elevator for some minutes before it moved again and we had 3 false fire alarms), no beach chairs or umbrellas (you are supposed to rent them, but the rental company didn't respond calls). Beach is great, but water was freezing in December (I thought it would be warmer). And nobody wears a mask in Florida!

Attended a wedding and enjoyed our stay

Everything was easy and we enjoyed the place and the beach. The rooms were all nice and comfortable and the property manager made things easy. The kitchen has basic pots and pans but is lacking on other condiments, etc. Thank you.

Great rental condo

The condo was very nice. I did leave salt and pepper and a few paper goods. The beds needed a pillow topper. The WiFi was a problem when watching tv at night, it seemed to have problems with shows running.

Super vacation! Very nice condo and Paradise30a was an incredible rental manager to deal with. Pinnacle Port is dated in some ways but this condo and the location more than makes up for it.

Amazing Condo!!

The room was amazing! Exactly as listed. The condo has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and with the bedrooms upstairs, we couldn't hear any hall way noises. I would highly recommend condo!

Really enjoyed our stay here. My wife loved the decorations of course and the location is excellent. Easy access to beach and very close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Casa Francesca pinnacle port Panama City beach penthouse 12

The condo and community are very nice. I must have over looked , or it may have not been clear in the listing that this is a split level with the bed rooms upstairs and living quarters downstairs. If I had seen that before hand I wouldn't have booked this unit because I have a 3 year old child. The upstairs bedrooms never got anywhere near as cool as the Living room and did not have ceiling fans in either bedroom. Also the Living room balcony has a very low rail making it feel unsafe.

Spring Beach trip

Great stay! Very clean unit with a fantastic view. My son (5yrs) loved the condo and swimming pool. We had lots of windy and cloudy days, but the indoor pool was great. We loved the community to run in during the morning and evenings. Great stay overall! Thank you!
