WASHER/DRYER: A coin laundry is located on the bottom floor. There is no washer/dryer in any unit at the Sunbird.
MUST BE 25+ TO RENT: Management WILL BE CHECKING ID's on site and you WILL NOT be issued a refund if you are not compliant with this rule.
