Resort & Check-In Information

Guests have access to the entire condo and all Majestic Beach Resort amenities.

Majestic Resort requires a one-time registration fee of $40 + tax per stay, which covers parking and wristbands for resort access. Guests will receive an email prior to arrival to complete registration and receive check-in instructions.

The parking garage is located across the street and connected to the resort by a convenient skywalk. Loading and unloading zones are available at the towers, and luggage carts are provided.

You will receive your door access codes and arrival instructions prior to check-in, allowing you to go directly to the condo upon arrival.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beautiful beach view in a quaint little studio

The condo/studio is in a very great location in Panama City Beach. It has many amenities and is very clean with a great parking garage. It’s a little bit of a walk from the parking garage over to each tower. A couple of negatives are, the elevators are extremely slow, and there are only Two on one end of rower 1 and two on the other end. One of the four elevators was out of service for one day. The condo itself is very clean and fairly updated. Whenever the refrigerator kicks on it is a little bit loud. The toilet insides need to be replaced because it continually ran after flushing. A big plus were the tall chairs on the balcony to be able to see over the railing. Overall a nice stay.

Absolutely Aqua Cozy

Absolutely beautiful ocean view! This unit came equipped with almost all your beach needs....sand toys for the kiddos, floats, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and umbrellas. We stayed 4 days. Only complaint was there was no washer and dryer in the unit. There was a digital payment washer and dryer on the 15th floor. Dryer didn't work after the 2nd day. Other than that this was a Great place to stay. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, game room, exercise room, tennis courts and even a movie theater. Parking deck across the street, covered walkway into towers. Easy beach access. ⛱️

Great place for a short stay

This is a darling little studio condo! It was exactly as stated. Elevators were fast!! We could not stay here for very long because of the size, but that's just us. It is a beautiful, clean place!
