E1101 is a fully furnished three bedroom extra that will accommodate a maximum of twelve guests with its spacious 1975 sq. feet floor plan.
The living room has a 44 flat screen TV/cable, DVD, a sectional sofa and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. There is a reclining chair in the living room plus there are 3 reclining seats in the sectional sofa.
The dining area includes a table that will seat six, along with a bar that will seat four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a glass top stove.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 44 flat screen TV/cable, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, the closet was converted to twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV/cable, two stools for sitting and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The third bedroom has two queen size beds, a 44 flat screen TV/cable and sliding glass doors that lead to its own small private balcony. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have luggage racks for added convenience and storage.
There is a washer/dryer, the unit is tiled throughout condo. May 2024- Owner has added plenty of seating on the balcony that will accommodate everyone in your party and more with high quality seating such has teak and anti-gravity recliners, as well as Resin chairs, custom painted wood rockers with drink holders, two dining tables, a loveseat, and several side tables. This unit even has a beach closet where you can utilize some of the folding beach chairs and there are even some chairs for your toddler! View- directly faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view the D/E pool area from the balcony.
